With two decades of industry experience, Mrs. Lima has served as president of United Granite Works Inc. since 2012. Based in Auburn, Massachusetts, the company fabricates and installs countertops and other surfaces for residential and commercial clients throughout Central and Western Massachusetts, Connecticut, and other parts of New England.

Mrs. Lima leads a team of 10 employees and works with subcontractors when larger commercial projects require additional support. She remains closely involved in building relationships with kitchen and bath dealers, homeowners, designers, builders, and contractors.

Her approach to business centers on quality workmanship and personal accountability. Whether a customer purchases a small accessory or invests in a major kitchen project, Mrs. Lima believes they deserve attentive service and a company that stands behind its work. Before leading United Granite Works, Mrs. Lima developed her design and sales experience throughout the granite industry. From 2010 to 2012, she worked as an outside sales representative for another granite company, collaborating closely with clients and installation teams. She began her career at All Granite and Marble Inc. in Charlton, Massachusetts, where she worked from 2006 to 2010 as an account manager and inside sales representative. Her responsibilities expanded to include work with template and installation teams and the fabrication shop, giving her a broad understanding of the business.

Mrs. Lima credits her success to hard work and dedication, values she brings to every customer relationship. She remains committed to learning and growing alongside her business.

United Granite Works won a Best of Central Massachusetts award in 2021 and was named a finalist in 2022. Outside of business, Mrs. Lima has also earned professional status in competitive bodybuilding, reflecting the discipline she brings to her personal goals.
