Currently serving as vice president and business support manager at Bank of America, Ms. Lalla has established herself as a prominent figure of more than 20 years in the banking sector. In her dual roles since 2025, she leads business continuity planning and disaster recovery preparedness, updates business impact analyses with business managers, and documents business recovery plans for the approval of senior leadership.
Ms. Lalla's responsibilities at Bank of America also include testing recovery plans for new office locations, coordinating with her regional counterparts in Europe and Asia-Pacific on global metrics, reviewing monthly risk metrics and documenting workarounds for high-risk dependencies. Renowned as an expert in business continuity and electronic communications, she monitors regulated employee communications to ensure full compliance is maintained and oversees monthly compliance reports.
Prior to reaching her current role at Bank of America, Ms. Lalla gained valuable leadership experience while serving as assistant vice president from 2022 to 2025. Though her tenure counts several milestones, she is particularly proud of her ability to build strong relationships and network with senior leaders at the bank, including high-ranking executives. She has introduced herself and her role to senior stakeholders, fostering meaningful connections and demonstrating how her work supports their business objectives. Valuing the opportunity to communicate policy changes and regulatory impacts to leadership, she ensures that they understand both operational implications and forthcoming actions by the bank.
Throughout her journey, Ms. Lalla has expanded her expertise and impact across several major financial institutions. She worked as an associate at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2018 to 2022, during which she continued to develop her skills in financial services and operations. Earlier in her career, she excelled in several roles at Credit Suisse over the course of nearly 15 years: accounting support analyst, research assistant, project management office analyst, business management support and team coordinator, all of which contributed to her comprehensive understanding of banking operations, customer relationships and risk management.
Alongside her primary roles, Ms. Lalla has been an active member of multiple internal employee networks at Bank of America, which has allowed her to deepen her professional connections within the organization.
Ms. Lalla's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing, which she earned from Baruch College in New York City. Along with her education, she credits much of her success to the encouragement of her manager, who has motivated her to think creatively and pursue innovative solutions that benefit the organizations she serves. Surpassing the goals set for her by leadership has been a consistent theme throughout her career, driven by a supportive team-centered environment that challenges her to excel.
Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Lalla is actively involved in volunteer work through charity drives with Bank of America. She also assists her employees by connecting them with financial advisors, job opportunities within the bank or professional contacts outside of work.
As a balance to her professional and civic endeavors, Ms. Lalla enjoys traveling, volunteering and spending quality time with her family and friends despite their busy schedules. She has four nephews and three nieces from married siblings who are located across different states, with one sister residing in London. Visiting her family members remains a priority for her as she values maintaining close relationships regardless of the distance involved.
Determined to further her impact in the coming years, Ms. Lalla aspires to elevate her career while remaining with Bank of America due to its growth opportunities. She is interested in joining additional networks that align with her career stage and is seeking a dedicated mentor to help guide her continued professional development. On a personal level, she hopes to continue exploring new destinations and cultures around the world, including Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
