CINCINNATI, OH, October 05, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Joe Williams, Partner at Search Auto, has been recognized for achievement in e-commerce technology.

For 20 years, Mr. Williams has worked on both sides of the automotive aftermarket e-commerce industry. He has been the retailer, building and selling his own e-commerce brands, and has been an agency leader helping grow other brands as well. Few people in the industry have done both, and that experience drives how Search Auto operates.

Search Auto:

Since 2023, Joe has led Search Auto (searchauto.app), a development and marketing solutions provider that grows auto parts brands online. The team builds and manages stores, specializing in conversion optimization and inbound marketing. Search Auto also manages its own software, including a product information management (PIM) system designed for the auto parts industry and a fitment lookup app that helps shopper validate their vehicle info.

Mr. Williams works directly with clients to set strategy, manages technical scope and projects, helps improve back office technology stack and processes that can slow down large catalogs. He also runs daily operations, manages the team, and overall direction of the company.

Career:

Before Search Auto, Mr. Williams was a senior business analyst at Rightpoint (2021–2023). There he guided enterprise clients through requirements and platform decisions on Adobe Commerce and Shopify. He also served as director of professional services at Web Shop Manager for a short time, and as vice president of client success at InteractOne in Cincinnati (2015–2020).

In 2008 he started Auto Customs, and then merged with another truck accessories retailer to serve as CTO and team lead from 2009 to 2015, where the in-house team managed multiple niche e-commerce sites, and built a custom order management platform.

He has spoken at conferences such as AASA/MEMA and NATDA on e-commerce and emerging technologies, and has published articles on digital marketing and catalog optimization.

What Drives Him:

He credits the work ethic he learned while young: show up every day and help people. He believes brands last when they stick to real values instead of chasing quick wins. Next, he plans to continue growing the Search Auto team while maintaining the stability and client retention the company is known for.
