Demonstrating a diverse skill set and a wide range of interests, Ms. Brown has built her professional reputation for more than a decade across multiple fields, including healthcare, writing, administrative work, and counseling. In 2020, as the COVID-19 pandemic was changing the world, she discovered her true calling by exploring opportunities in technology. Since learning about the emerging world of artificial intelligence (AI), she has tenaciously pursued a career in that space.

After first entering the AI industry, Ms. Brown established herself as a quality rater at RWS Holdings Plc. and a digital annotation expert at Mercor. Since 2025, she has served as an AI consultant and trainer at Abaka AI. In this capacity, Ms. Brown works directly with several AI models, analyzing and evaluating the quality of responses. Her insight has played a critical role in improving future models while solidifying her credentials as an expert on the cutting edge of AI.

Prior to her leadership in AI, Ms. Brown dedicated time to various career options, with a particular focus on healthcare. Affiliated with organizations such as Towers Watson (now WTW), Mercer LLC, Molina Healthcare Inc., and Connect One Health, she assisted clients with scheduling appointments and enrolling in healthcare plans.

While she has enjoyed many of her past roles, Ms. Brown considers AI her dream job, and her current position at Abaka the highlight of her professional history thus far. She attributes her success in AI to a combination of persistence and consistency that kept her from giving up after entering the field, even in the face of challenges and setbacks. Ms. Brown also notes the importance of flexibility in AI. As the technology constantly evolves, she has found she must be ready to adapt to frequent changes.

Ms. Brown views AI as a game-changing advancement that unlocks "the innovator in all of us." She looks forward to continuing to embrace and foster her inner innovator in the years ahead, with hopes of advancing within Abaka. Ms. Brown also plans to take additional AI classes to expand her technical expertise. She aims to be at the forefront of a rapidly changing world and the revolutionary technology powering it.

ACADEMIC HISTORY
Beyond her achievements in AI, Ms. Brown sees her education as a major accomplishment that has facilitated her success. She obtained an associate degree in criminal justice from Dallas College (formerly Cedar Valley College) in 2006. After changing paths, Ms. Brown earned a bachelor's degree in applied arts and science from the University of North Texas in 2012. She also holds numerous certifications and licenses, including licensure as a life and health agent and substance abuse counselor, as well as certifications in alternative dispute resolution, customer service, cybersecurity, digital marketing and AI applications.

TAKING THE STAGE
Beyond her professional pursuits, Ms. Brown has maintained a passion for modeling since her teenage years, and has completed several modeling and acting classes and training programs. Actively represented by 42 Model Management, she has upcoming talent auditions in Dallas and Los Angeles.
