Ms. Davies Amacher is a transformational leader in the wealth management, custody and clearing industries, known for building businesses, navigating complex regulatory environments and driving strategic growth. Since becoming Chief Executive Officer of Innovayte in May 2023, she has led the firm's evolution into a next-generation custody and clearing platform, overseeing all custody and clearing operations, directing its registered investment advisor business and managing a team of more than 100 professionals. Under her leadership, Innovayte is expanding its reach to introducing broker-dealers while advancing the buildout of a comprehensive clearing and custody solution. Her expertise spans custody and clearing operations, chartered trust company formation, multi-entity regulatory compliance and correspondent clearing firm development.

Prior to Innovayte, Ms. Davies Amacher served as Chief Solutions Officer at Hightower Advisors, where she spearheaded the successful three-year effort to establish a nationally chartered trust company under the supervision of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. As President of Hightower National Trust Company, N.A., she guided the institution through its launch and regulatory oversight, helping expand Hightower's capabilities for advisors and clients. Earlier, as Chief of Staff and Head of Business Management to Hightower's CEO, she led several enterprise-wide initiatives, including the modernization of the firm's core financial systems.

Her career reflects nearly three decades of leadership across many of the industry's most recognized firms. At Fidelity Investments, she held senior executive positions that included Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager and Vice President, Strategist and Chief Operating Officer of National Accounts, where she drove significant revenue growth and strategic client development. Before Fidelity, she spent six years at Charles Schwab managing relationships with institutional broker-dealers and turnkey asset management firms. She also led business development and marketing at RGT Wealth Advisors, now Corient, where she earned her CFP® designation and deepened her expertise in advisor growth and client engagement.

A respected voice in financial services leadership, Ms. Davies Amacher currently serves on the boards of Innovayte, ETC Brokerage and International Asset Advisory, LLC. She has also held board positions with Hightower Trust Company, Trust Company of Illinois and Gran Tani Barash Altman, Inc., contributing strategic guidance during periods of growth and transformation.

Ms. Davies Amacher holds both bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of New Mexico and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®). She attributes her leadership success to a commitment to honesty, transparency and empowering others to take informed risks in pursuit of innovation and growth. An active member of the Young Presidents' Organization and the Private Boards Association, she supports a range of philanthropic organizations, including Roundup River Ranch, the Vail Valley Foundation and the Vilar Performing Arts Center.

Originally from Salt Lake City, she lives in Dallas with her husband, Todd, and their two dogs. Ms. Davies is a stepmother to Kaitlyn and Zack Amacher. Outside of work, she is an avid skier, runner, cyclist, hiker and Pilates enthusiast. Looking ahead, she remains passionate about advancing financial literacy, particularly for women entering the profession, while continuing her philanthropic efforts in both Colorado and Texas communities.
