Mr. Rogan's distinguished career in consulting and dental distribution spans more than three decades, marked by a series of progressively senior roles and transformative achievements. Since July 2025, he has served as a strategic advisor and board member at TBS Dental, providing strategic oversight and guidance to company leadership. In this capacity, Mr. Rogan advises on key decisions, supports day-to-day management, consolidates debt and addresses growth-related financial challenges. He is instrumental in developing and executing a long-term exit strategy, meeting with investment bankers and strategic partners to support future business opportunities, and maintaining strong market visibility to enhance the company's marketability. Drawing on his extensive background in distribution, Mr. Rogan identifies new business channels for TBS Dental, particularly in white labeling. His efforts include engaging with multiple distributors across North America with the aim of expanding distribution opportunities. He is also preparing to explore partnerships in Europe with major manufacturers and distributors to develop products under their brands, to be produced by TBS Dental.

From 2021 to 2024, Mr. Rogan served as president of Patterson Dental North America. During this period, he faced one of his most significant professional challenges: leading the organization through a critical enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation that threatened the company's stability. Over two years, he traveled extensively across North America, dedicating himself to preserving the company's culture and ensuring the organization's survival. After a new chief executive officer joined who shared his vision, Mr. Rogan took ownership of resolving the ERP crisis for a $2.7 billion dental company — a transformation typically reserved for much smaller organizations. Despite encountering every conceivable obstacle, he guided the company through recovery, achieving a 4 percent growth rate while the broader market remained stagnant at 0 to 1 percent. Under his leadership, Patterson Dental became a sought-after destination for sales representatives and consistently gained market share each quarter.

Prior to becoming president, Mr. Rogan served as senior vice president and general manager of Patterson Dental North America from 2019 to 2021. In this role, he continued to build on his track record of leadership during periods of transition and growth. From 2017 to 2019, he was vice president and general manager for North America at Patterson Dental, overseeing regional operations and contributing to the company's expansion.

Between 2010 and 2017, Mr. Rogan served as vice president of marketing for merchandise at Patterson Dental, where he played a pivotal role in shaping product strategies and supporting nationwide sales initiatives. Earlier in his career, from 2006 to 2010, he managed the north central region for Patterson Dental, guiding teams across multiple states.

His management experience also includes serving as metro New York/New Jersey branch manager from 2002 to 2006 and Maine branch manager from 2000 to 2002 at Patterson Dental. These positions allowed him to refine his leadership style; notably, as a new manager, he once rode a horse into a sales meeting to energize his team — an unconventional approach that reflected his commitment to motivating colleagues and fostering engagement.

Mr. Rogan began his tenure at Patterson Dental as a sales representative from 1993 to 2000, first covering territories throughout greater Boston before advancing into management roles. His early years were characterized by innovative team-building methods and an eagerness to embrace new challenges.

Academically, Mr. Rogan earned an Executive Master of Business Administration and Management from the University of Notre Dame in 2017, graduating cum laude. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in international relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. These academic achievements have been instrumental in shaping his analytical approach and strategic decision-making capabilities throughout his career.

He attributes much of his professional success to tenacity and empathy — qualities that have defined his leadership style over decades in business. Born in Detroit, Mr. Rogan enjoys an active personal life centered on family activities with his wife and two children. The family is deeply involved in hockey, golf, and competitive cheerleading. He takes particular pleasure in supporting his children's interests by attending cheer events sharing rounds together on weekends.
