Before establishing Wise Business Solutions, Mr. Wise served as the president and chief executive officer of Snyder & Company from 2021 to 2023. Mr. Wise previously served as a partner at the organization between 2017 and 2021, where he focused primarily on public accounting and business consulting. He initially spent over two decades as an accounting supervisor at Snyder & Company from 1994 to 2017. During this tenure, Mr. Wise developed a deep understanding of financial operations and client service, working closely with small businesses in business consultation, tax planning and tax preparation that would later inform his approach as a business owner.

Mr. Wise's professional journey began as an accountant at Autotote Inc. in 1994, marking the start of what would become a distinguished career in the accounting profession. During his short stay, he was involved in accounting for subsidiaries, including one in Canada.

Laying a strong foundation for his achievements in accounting and business leadership, Mr. Wise earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Goldey-Beacom College in Wilmington, Delaware, in 1991. His academic training provided him with the analytical skills and technical knowledge necessary for success in the field. In 1998, Mr. Wise obtained a certified public accountant credential that reflects both his expertise and dedication to maintaining high standards within the profession.

Throughout his career, Mr. Wise has demonstrated a commitment to professional development and industry engagement. He has been an active member of several prominent organizations, including the Professional Association of Small Business Accountants, the Maryland Society of Accountants and Tax Professionals, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants.
