Guided by his father's advice never to become complacent, he has consistently pursued opportunities for personal and professional growth, even in the face of adversity. This philosophy has enabled him to overcome challenges and sustain a career defined by service, discipline and achievement.
Beyond his professional responsibilities, Mr. Tambah supports philanthropic and community initiatives that assist vulnerable and underserved populations. His contributions have addressed requests from residents, nonprofit organizations, and communities encountered through infrastructure development projects, with particular attention to urgent social and community needs.
