LIVONIA, MI, October 14, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Andrew W. Rundle has been recognized for achievement in corporate finance.

Mr. Rundle currently serves as vice president of finance at Alta Equipment Group Inc. in Livonia, Michigan, a position he has held since 2021. In this capacity, he oversees financial planning and analysis, corporate budgeting and forecasting, investor relations activities involving both stockholders and bondholders, risk management strategies in collaboration with insurance carriers and brokers, and treasury and cash management operations. Among his most significant career milestones, Mr. Rundle considers helping guide Alta Equipment Group Inc. through its initial public offering on February 14, 2020, as his proudest professional achievement. Serving as the director of finance at the time, he played an important role in the company's transition to the public markets. He and fellow company leaders rang the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange just weeks before the COVID-19 pandemic began to impact global markets. Successfully navigating the company's public market debut during such an unprecedented period remains a defining accomplishment in his career.

Mr. Rundle began his career immediately after graduating from Northwood University in 2007, joining UHY LLP Advisors in Sterling Heights, Michigan, as an analyst in the forensic, litigation, and valuation services group. Over eight years at UHY LLP, he advanced to senior consulting manager, providing financial consultation and building expertise in complex financial matters. His work there established a strong foundation for his future roles in corporate finance leadership.

His academic background includes earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in banking and finance from Northwood University in Midland, Michigan, graduating as salutatorian of the class of 2007. This distinction reflected both his academic excellence and commitment to his studies. Mr. Rundle later obtained the Accredited Senior Appraiser designation from the American Society of Appraisers in 2015 while working as a valuation consultant with UHY LLP. He subsequently transitioned from appraisal and valuation services to a corporate leadership role when he joined Alta Equipment as director of finance in late 2015.

Throughout his career, Mr. Rundle has attributed his success to a genuine passion for finance, a commitment to continuous learning and a desire to understand how businesses create long-term value. He is known for his collaborative leadership style, analytical approach to problem-solving and ability to translate complex financial matters into practical business decisions. These qualities have shaped both his approach to leadership and his ability to build strong relationships across the organizations he serves.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Mr. Rundle remains actively involved with Northwood University's alumni community. He frequently volunteers as a guest speaker for finance classes, sharing insights on careers in finance and business with students preparing to enter the workforce. He is also committed to supporting charitable and community initiatives that are important to his family, including organizations focused on animal welfare and educational fundraising efforts within his local school district.

Recognition for Mr. Rundle's achievements includes being named to Northwood University's 2025 20 Under 40 list and receiving several academic awards upon his graduation from Northwood University in 2007, including salutatorian honors.

Born in Saline, Michigan, to Carol and David Rundle, Mr. Rundle is dedicated to his family life alongside his professional pursuits. He has been married to his wife, Christina, since 2009; she is a fourth-grade teacher in the South Lyon Community Schools district. Together, they have two daughters: Evelyn, who is actively involved in equestrian activities, and Lilly, who has a passion for art. Family time remains a priority for Mr. Rundle, and the family has created many cherished memories through road trips across the United States.

Looking ahead, Mr. Rundle remains focused on supporting Alta Equipment Group Inc.'s continued growth and long-term success. Building on the company's substantial expansion since becoming a public company, he is committed to helping drive profitable growth, pursuing strategic opportunities and fostering a culture where employees feel valued, engaged and empowered to contribute their best each day.
