LOCUST VALLEY, NY, October 15, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Seraphina Kleinen has been recognized for achievement in healthcare and anesthesia management.

Ms. Kleinen's distinguished career in healthcare and anesthesia management reflects her expertise in business development operations and a deep commitment to advancing the field. Currently, she serves as the director of business development operations at NAPA Management Services Corporation (NAPA), where she manages the business development pipeline, drives strategy for new business growth, and develops a team focused on outbound communications. Her daily responsibilities include prioritizing lead generation efforts and building the top of the business funnel, which are vital to NAPA's continued success.

In 2026, Ms. Kleinen became NAPA's Director of Business Development Operations. She oversees a growing team and leads targeted client outreach to generate sales relationships. Her work has been instrumental in driving top-of-funnel pipeline. She has been with NAPA since 2020 and has seen multiple growth opportunities stemming from the support she has received from the organization in her professional development. "Seraphina has excelled at overseeing a growing team and leading targeted outreach for NAPA, she is an asset to our organization and brings an eye for strategy and skilled execution," says Jody Casey, Chief Growth Officer at NAPA.

Prior to her recent promotion, Ms. Kleinen served as NAPA's Manager of Business Development Operations. During this period, she established the company's account-based lead generation program. A notable achievement was securing NAPA a place in a highly competitive RFP process, which resulted in a successful multi-facility agreement.

Before joining NAPA, Ms. Kleinen built her communications expertise at Hofstra University. She served as a senior assistant director of marketing and communication among other roles between 2018 and 2020 where she managed strategic communications and publications for university recruitment.

Beyond her primary responsibilities at NAPA, Ms. Kleinen leads the Women of NAPA group's yoga and meditation wellness program. She organizes biweekly sessions designed as self-care initiatives to prioritize mental health and build community.

Ms. Kleinen's academic background includes a Master of Arts in public relations from Hofstra University in New York, earned in 2020. Her capstone semester was disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic while she was doing public relations work for the EMS FDNY Help Fund. Planned fundraising efforts had to be abandoned, and the team's focus shifted to COVID-19 public awareness. She considers the experience a valuable lesson in adapting to the circumstances at hand.

Additionally, Ms. Kleinen holds a Bachelor of Arts in television writing and producing from Hofstra University, where she graduated summa cum laude. Furthering her executive skills, she recently completed the Strategic Sales Management Executive Leadership Program at Harvard University, receiving a certificate that broadened her perspective on sales strategy and leadership.

Ms. Kleinen credits her achievements to the unwavering support of her family, friends and fiancé Dennis. Raised with encouragement to pursue any goal she set for herself, she developed the confidence needed to move from Massachusetts to New York for higher education despite most peers remaining closer to home. This steadfast support system continues to empower her as she balances a demanding career while raising her son, Jacob, away from extended family.

As a girl, she kept a poster of the New York City skyline on her bedroom wall, and her parents never discouraged that dream. She now hopes to offer her son and partner the same support and to show young girls who dream of reinventing their lives in New York that it really can happen.

Outside of work, Ms. Kleinen enjoys indoor cycling and has been an active member of CycleBar for several years. She also enjoys playing trivia and stays active through walking with her family. Looking ahead, she intends to continue advancing within NAPA, with aspirations toward vice president roles focused on strategic decision-making and organizational growth alongside chief growth officer Jody Casey. She remains dedicated to ensuring that NAPA delivers exceptional perioperative care by leading teams committed to excellence within the anesthesia industry.
