Prior to opening her own firm, Ms. Balza served as a real estate broker salesperson at United Real Estate in Fair Lawn, New Jersey, from 2015 to 2020. During this period, she continued to build her reputation for integrity and strong client relationships while expanding her expertise in the industry. Her earlier experience includes working as a realtor with Keller Williams Realty in 2015 as she further honed her skills in property transactions and client advisement.

From 2013 to 2015, Ms. Balza excelled as a real estate agent with Cornerstone Realty Associates in Newark. She began her career as a real estate salesperson at Jordan Baris Realty (an independent franchisee of BHH Affiliates) from 2010 to 2013, gaining foundational experience in sales and customer service that would inform her later success as a business owner.
