His technical career began in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he served from 1991 to 1996 in flight control systems engineering. His military service helped shape the discipline, problem-solving skills and sense of responsibility he brings to his work.

Mr. Graham earned an Associate of Science in computer systems networking and telecommunications from Daytona State College in 1996 and a Bachelor of Science in computer engineering technology from ITT in Daytona Beach in 1998. He credits his parents with encouraging him to pursue his interests and develop the confidence and independence that have guided his career.

Looking ahead, Mr. Graham aims to help shape the policies and standards used to evaluate and deploy technology in senior living.
