CENTERTON, AR, October 19, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Greg Seay, CPA, Greg Seay, CPA, has been recognized for achievement in accounting, real estate and tax strategy.

Mr. Seay's career in accounting, real estate and tax strategy spans more than 15 years, marked by a commitment to innovation and client-centered service. In 2016, he founded Cornerstone CPA in Northwest Arkansas, where he continues to serve as founder. Over the past decade, Mr. Seay has guided the firm through significant growth and transformation, positioning it as a high-touch advisory firm in real estate. He is recognized for his expertise in tax advice, tax planning and strategy for real estate investors, particularly those who are new to the field and seeking to build wealth for their families. Rather than focusing on institutional clients, Mr. Seay connects with up-and-coming investors, offering relevant guidance tailored to their unique circumstances.

In 2023, Mr. Seay expanded his professional footprint by acquiring Providence Financial Services in Gentry, Arkansas. Taking ownership of the firm allowed him to transition from being a solo practitioner to leading a team of five professionals, including the previous owners, who assisted with the transition. The acquisition increased his client base tenfold, from approximately 80 to 800 clients, before he strategically reduced it to about 350- 400 clients to provide more personalized service. This shift reflects his pride in moving away from a generalist approach toward highly specialized advisory work—a direction that enables him to address the increasingly complex needs of clients in today's business environment.

Prior to his current ventures, Mr. Seay served as chief financial officer at Fellowship Bible Church from 2017 to 2022. In this executive role at one of Northwest Arkansas's largest congregations, he led a specialized accounting team and oversaw the church's fiduciary responsibilities during a period of rapid expansion. From 2015 to 2016, he was controller at the same church, managing financial operations and supporting its mission-driven activities.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Seay built a strong foundation in private accounting at P.A.M. Transportation in Tontitown, Arkansas. He began as a staff accountant from 2011 to 2013, then advanced to accounting manager from 2013 to 2015. His responsibilities grew further when he assumed financial planning and analysis duties for the maintenance department—a critical function given the extensive upkeep required for commercial trucking fleets.

Mr. Seay's professional journey began at Sawyer Tire Company in Stockton, Missouri, where he worked as a payroll accountant in 2010. Each successive role contributed to his breadth of experience and shaped his approach as an owner-operator who remains closely involved in day-to-day operations while striving for strategic growth.

Throughout his career, Mr. Seay has remained actively involved in industry organizations and has earned multiple credentials that underscore his expertise. He is licensed by the Arkansas State Board of Public Accountancy as a certified public accountant and is a member of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants (ICMA). From 2013 to 2016, he served as president of the Northwest Arkansas Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants and has been affiliated with ICMA since 2013. In addition, Mr. Seay became a certified management accountant through the Institute of Management Accountants in 2013 and achieved Leadership Gold Level status with the organization in 2015.

His commitment to ongoing professional development is further demonstrated by earning certification as a tax coach from the American Institute of Certified Tax Planners in 2022 and joining the organization that same year. These achievements have enabled him to remain relevant and effective in providing advanced tax strategies for real estate investors.

Mr. Seay's academic background includes earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, Missouri, graduating in 2010. He played collegiate baseball throughout his academic career—first at Crowder College in Neosho, Missouri, then completing his final two years at Southwest Baptist University—which instilled discipline and teamwork that have served him well professionally.

He attributes his success not solely to personal effort but also to the support network around him: staff members who share his vision for client service excellence, family whose encouragement sustains him and mentors whose guidance has shaped his leadership journey.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Seay is deeply engaged with civic organizations and faith-based initiatives within Northwest Arkansas. He remains actively involved with Fellowship Bible Church—originally based in Rogers—and participates in Celebrate Recovery, a ministry dedicated to supporting individuals seeking recovery through a Christ-centered approach.

On a personal level, Mr. Seay was born in Little Rock and values family traditions rooted in northwest Arkansas, where he was raised. Married since 2009, he and his spouse have three children: Brody, Vera and Caylus. The family maintains cherished routines such as daily breakfasts prepared by Mr. Seay's father before school—a tradition highlighted in a local magazine article celebrating their multigenerational ties to the community and local schools.

Recreation remains important; Mr. Seay played baseball throughout his youth and college years and continues as an avid fan alongside his family—devoted supporters of the Chicago Cubs. In recent years, he has taken up golf as a lifelong pursuit shared with relatives.

Looking ahead, Mr. Seay intends to evolve from an owner-operator into a leadership role focused on marketing, sales, and relationship-building, while entrusting technical operations to others within his firm. His aspiration is to become the foremost resource for real estate investors seeking guidance on leveraging property ownership for wealth creation—ensuring that when someone acquires real estate and wonders about next steps, they turn first to him for trusted advice.
