LOS ANGELES, CA, October 20, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Amy Demas has been recognized for achievement in brand building, strategy, advertising design and creative services.

Marked by nearly 30 years of service in branding, design and development, Ms. Demas has established herself as a leading expert in strategic creative studio work, agency leadership and the elevation of female-targeted consumer brands across retail, fashion, beauty, health and wellness. For the past decade, she has served as chief creative officer of AD & Company (commonly known as AD&Co.), a full-service creative agency she founded in Los Angeles, California, in 2016. Under her direction, the studio has provided creative direction, marketing campaigns, visual identity design, brand refresh and transformation, packaging design and web design, along with comprehensive strategy, brand architecture, positioning and messaging services for leading entities including Evereve, Loft, Revlon, Chicos, Clorox wellness brands and many more.

AD&Co. is known for its ability to diagnose brand challenges, manage brand evolutions or reposition for growth at different stages of a company's life cycle and deliver ongoing production support through photo and video shoots, creator content, post-production editing and catalog development. Utilizing a deeply hands-on approach, Ms. Demas remains closely involved in client work and interactions, focusing on building long-term relationships that drive referrals rather than relying on public marketing efforts.

Ms. Demas considers her partnership with Evereve, a Minneapolis-based retail brand she has worked with for seven years, among her most significant achievements, having helped the company refresh, elevate and modernize its visual approach. This collaboration fostered an unusually close relationship between her team and Evereve's internal staff, resulting in remarkable growth for the brand and widespread recognition for their work together.

From 2013 to 2016, Ms. Demas excelled as VP Creative Director at White House Black Market. Dividing her time between the organization's New York and Florida headquarters, she spearheaded a major rebranding initiative that revitalized the company's identity during a period when it struggled to modernize and connect with its audience. Her leadership was instrumental in repositioning the brand for sustainable success within the competitive women's retail market.

Ms. Demas further established her reputation for decisiveness and outstanding leadership when she co-founded Standard Time in Los Angeles in 2008. As the company's Executive Creative Director for nearly four years, she managed the CVS Pharmacy account after being approached by CVS to expand from freelance work into forming an agency capable of handling large-scale campaigns. She went on to build Standard Time from the ground up with a partner, growing their team to more than 20 members at its peak to address CVS' strategic needs, an accomplishment that underscored her resourcefulness and ability to build and maintain client relationships despite facing competition from long-established agencies.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Demas served as the Senior Art Director for creative marketing at Victoria's Secret from 2007 to 2008, during which she focused on concepting and art directing the catalog shoots. For three years prior to that, she excelled as a Senior Art Director on the Target account at Peterson, Miller Hooks (PMH) in Minneapolis, Minnesota, during a pivotal era when Target pioneered designer collaborations in beauty and style. She collaborated with renowned designers such as Isaac Mizrahi and Proenza Schouler for Target which laid a strong foundation for her burgeoning interest in brand building. Her editorial background made her a valuable asset in these high-profile projects.

From 2001 to 2004, Ms. Demas was the creative director of editorial content at G + J International Media Sales, contributing to various women's and teen girl magazines published by Hachette and Condé Nast and earning several accolades that brought her national attention. Prior to that, she was the art director for JANE Magazine in New York from 1997 to 2001, overseeing creative team, photography and production projects while designing feature stories.

Ms. Demas began her professional journey with an internship at the London-based art department of Virgin Records while running a record label in her early 20s — experiences that shaped her understanding of business management and visual storytelling.

Alongside her primary roles, Ms. Demas is actively involved with industry-related organizations through her membership with Indie Agency News, Le Book, Women in Retail and the American Institute of Graphic Artists.

Hailing from an equally accomplished educational background, Ms. Demas earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in advertising design and graphic design from the Fashion Institute of Technology and holds two associate degrees: one in display exhibition design and another in advertising design both from the Fashion Institute of Technology.

Also known for her commitment to helping those in need through mentorship as well as civic-minded organizations, Ms. Demas has served as a design mentor with Designed.org since 2020 and actively supports Girl Up, a leadership development initiative, focusing on equity for girls and women in spaces where they are unheard or underrepresented and the LGBTQ Center of Los Angeles.

Ms. Demas' dedication to uplifting brands through beautiful yet accessible design solutions has seen her celebrated with several honors over the years. In recognition of her successful collaborative campaign with Evereve and Z Supply, she was shortlisted for Best Collaboration at the 2026 Glossy Fashion Awards. She was also mentioned in the acclaimed 2019 book "Target: 20 Years of Design for All," which highlighted her contributions to Target's celebrated design collaborations.

Reflecting on her storied journey to date, Ms. Demas attributes much of her success to an active leadership style grounded in listening closely to her clients' needs while remaining directly involved throughout every stage of the creative development process. Her reputation for elevating mass brands through thoughtful strategy continues to set new standards within style-driven industries such as fashion, beauty and wellness as she strives to bring beauty into everyday life for all consumers. Ms. Demas also takes on a few early stage founder-led brands per year to help design and elevate start ups in their respective industries. She is particularly focused on leading female founders through a proprietary branding process to help them excel in growth from the start.

Growing up in Washington DC before relocating to New York for college shaped Ms. Demas' early perspective on creativity and culture. She comes from a family deeply rooted in education and the arts, with many relatives who are educators or engaged on the creative side. Upon settling in Los Angeles, she moved her parents from DC to be closer to her family while her sister also relocated nearby.

Today, Ms. Demas is happily married and the proud stepmother of two adult daughters who also live close by. She is an avid fan of music across many genres and enjoys attending concerts and music festivals with her husband, traveling to other big cities to explore other cultures, visiting art and historical museums and practicing Pilates regularly as a balance to her responsibilities at AD&Co. and beyond.

Determined to further her impact in branding and creative storytelling, Ms. Demas is interested in advancing initiatives related to women's health, wellness and beauty, particularly within female technology (femtech and menotech), reflecting both her personal passion and professional vision for future projects centered on women's empowerment across generations.
