KOKOMO, IN, October 20, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Hanna Bline has been recognized for achievement in coaching and consulting services.

Ms. Bline's multidisciplinary professional journey reflects a steadfast commitment to leadership, helping others and striving for continued personal growth. Since 2020, she has served as the founder and chief executive officer at Hanna's Coaching Services LLC, where she works primarily with women leaders, entrepreneurs and service-based business owners. Dedicated to assisting her clients in gaining clarity, making confident decisions and overcoming obstacles to take the next steps in their life and career, she encourages them to focus on actionable solutions rather than distant plans. Her work draws on 20 years of service-based experience across human resources, human services, business, government, and military leadership.

Ms. Bline's military service stands as a cornerstone of her life and career. Ms. Bline has served in the Indiana Army National Guard since 2011 and currently holds the rank of Sergeant First Class as a Senior Human Resource Professional. For 15 years, she has worked in human resources, led teams and supported personnel operations for service members across Indiana. She manages records independently for thousands of soldiers, ensuring full accuracy and supporting their career progression. The experience gained has shaped her approach to leadership: serving people well, making sound decisions and helping others grow.

In 2012, Ms. Bline graduated from Army Basic Combat Training and Advanced Individual Training for her 42A Human Resource Specialist military occupational specialty at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. She later graduated from the Basic Leader Course in Albuquerque, New Mexico, in 2017; became a Certified Master Resilience Trainer (MRT) at Camp Atterbury, Indiana, in 2018; graduated from the Advanced Leader Course at Fort Knox, Kentucky, in 2020; and graduated from the Senior Leader Course at Fort Jackson, South Carolina in 2023.

Her military recognition includes five awards of the Army Reserve Components Achievement Medal (ARCOM) for faithful service, an Armed Forces Service Medal (AFSM), an Army Achievement Medal (AAM), and a National Defense Service Medal (NDSM). She has also received three Noncommissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbons (NCOPDR), an Army Service Ribbon (ASR), an Indiana Emergency Service Ribbon (IESR), and a Certificate of Achievement (COA). Among her proudest achievements are her years of military service and her selection to lead three distinct groups while nearing completion of her master's degree — a challenge she embraced and successfully navigated.

Separately from her military service, Ms. Bline was a federal civilian employee from 2017 to 2025 with the Indiana Army National Guard located at Joint Force Headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana. Her work included responsibilities in the education and incentives department while supporting programs affecting service members' benefits, retention, and careers, leading teams and professional development training throughout the state of Indiana. Some of her professional training included Comptrollers Accreditation and Fiscal Law, G.I. Bill Manager, Basic and Advanced Incentives Manager certifications, and Senior Human Resources for Non-Commissioned Officers and Warrant Officers training. Her federal employment and military service were distinct roles that overlapped for several years.

Prior to establishing Hanna's Coaching Services, Ms. Bline worked as a care coordinator and recovery clinician at Community Howard Regional Health from 2015 to 2017. During this time, her responsibilities included supporting patients with significant mental health challenges through recovery processes and coordinating care plans tailored to their individual needs. From 2013 to 2015, she was a case manager, visit facilitator and transporter at The Villages of Indiana, where she contributed to family reunification efforts and provided logistical support for families navigating challenging circumstances.

Ms. Bline's commitment to serving others began early in her career. Ms. Bline served as a women's advocate and supervised visitation coordinator at the Family Service Association of Howard County from 2008 to 2013. In these roles, she supported women facing difficult situations, enhanced her crisis intervention qualifications and ensured safe environments for supervised family interactions. It also taught her to respond to people's needs, support their safety and make them feel welcome. From 2006 to 2013, she worked at the Young Men's Christian Association (YMCA) in Kokomo, Indiana, as a professional rescuer, swimming instructor and front desk receptionist. Her concurrent work at the Family Service Association and YMCA helped her develop complementary skills in advocacy, crisis response, family support, safety, and community engagement—experience that laid the foundation for her work today as a leadership coach and business consultant.

Hailing from an equally accomplished academic background, Ms. Bline began her educational journey at Northwestern High School in Kokomo, Indiana, graduating in 2006 with an Academic Honors Diploma. She went on to earn a bachelor's degree from Indiana University Kokomo, majoring in psychology and minoring in sociology. During college, she interned with the CEO of Positive Pathways Counseling and Consulting, LLC, in Carmel, Indiana, where she reviewed behavioral support plans, observed behaviorists, and helped organize client documentation. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, Ms. Bline was involved with the Iota Epsilon chapter of Phi Sigma Sigma. She served as bursar, overseeing financial transactions and preparing monthly and annual reports, and later as social chair, where she organized the chapter's year-end event. In 2024, she earned a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University and received Excellence Awards for her work in Ethical Leadership, Marketing, and Capstone.

Reflecting on her storied journey to date, Ms. Bline attributes her success to the influence of the leaders who preceded her, whose examples shaped her aspirations and values. A competitive spirit drives her to pursue ambitious goals, always measuring her progress by how quickly she can achieve new milestones. Inspiration from mentors as well as her children fuels her determination; she strives to model resilience and hard work for her family while encouraging them to serve others in turn.

Ms. Bline's introduction to coaching emerged during a challenging period in 2017 when she was balancing single motherhood, her work in the military and personal adversity following a divorce. Discovering life coaching provided her with renewed hope and direction, leading her to invest deeply in the field and make a lasting impact on the lives of others ever since.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Ms. Bline has long been committed to civic engagement through volunteer work including organizing food at Harvest Hope Food Bank for distribution to local food banks, shelters and soup kitchens, as well as preparing meals and wrapping Christmas gifts for families through a local rescue mission. She supported fundraising and participants through Susan G. Komen and Relay for Life. At Babyfest and Take Back the Night, she helped raise awareness of domestic violence and supported outreach and fundraising efforts.

Over two decades, Ms. Bline has also volunteered with programs serving children, families and people facing hardship. She coached soccer for both of her children for three years, assisted with school field trips and served on a parent-teacher organization as secretary, fish fry chair and a member of the publicity committee. As a counselor at a Christian camp, she supported elementary and high school students; she also served as a junior high youth group leader at a hometown Christian church.

In her personal life, Ms. Bline is a proud mother who enjoys spending time with her children at sporting events — especially soccer — and supporting their extracurricular activities each year. Guided by her faith, she seeks to help thousands more people through her coaching practice while maintaining balance in her own life.

Ms. Bline's life and multifaceted career reflect an enduring dedication to empowering others through leadership, education and compassionate guidance across her coaching work, community service and beyond.
