YORBA LINDA, CA, October 20, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Sonia Jeantet has been recognized for achievement in leadership development.

Ms. Jeantet's career reflects a remarkable journey marked by innovation, resilience and a commitment to leadership transformation. As founder and chief leadership performance partner at CIMA Executive Development since 1998, she has shaped the company's identity around her unique philosophy of partnership rather than traditional hierarchy. Rejecting conventional titles, Ms. Jeantet chose her distinctive designation to better convey the collaborative and transformative nature of her work. For over 28 years, she has conducted one-on-one executive coaching engagements for senior leaders, serving as a strategic partner who asks difficult questions, prepares clients for challenging moments, and guides them through tailored 360-degree interviews with stakeholders at all levels. Synthesizing these findings into a reflective "mirror," she helps clients identify their top three areas for development and understand their personal leadership blueprint.

Her coaching engagements typically span six to 12 months, with any extensions focused on new growth areas rather than remediation. Ms. Jeantet is recognized for fostering non-codependent relationships built on genuine connection, enabling clients to own their growth and outperform their earlier selves. She integrates reasoning and emotional intelligence development to drive sustainable behavioral change within the first six months, helping leaders co-create, evolve and amplify their potential. This approach has earned her a reputation as an expert in executive self-awareness coaching, guiding leaders to make decisions from both the heart and the head and to map development plans from the current state to the desired state.

Among her proudest achievements is building her business entirely through word of mouth and referrals. While she maintained a marketing budget, nearly all new clients came through personal referrals from those who had experienced significant transformation under her guidance. She never partnered with another firm or individual, relying instead on the quality of her work as evidence of her capabilities. Ms. Jeantet also takes pride in helping individuals at low points recognize when they are in the wrong role or culture, empowering them to move into environments where they can thrive. She believes that true success comes from operating at a frequency that supports both personal and professional growth, allowing people to contribute meaningfully to their families and communities.

In addition to leading CIMA Executive Development, Ms. Jeantet authored "The Integrative Leader: How Leaders Use Both Sides of Their Brain to Build Resilient Companies," published by Indie Books International in 2020. The book emerged from her observation that holistic thinkers adapt more quickly and successfully in business environments. She developed the Integrative Leader Model, which examines leadership through six categories of return—investment, imaginative intelligence, implementation, interpersonal interaction, cognitive agility and situational awareness—offering clients a comprehensive framework for self-assessment and growth.

From 2023 to 2025, Ms. Jeantet served as an esteemed faculty member with the Women's Coaching and Consulting Council at C-Suite Network in Costa Mesa, California, where she contributed her expertise in leadership development and executive coaching. During this period, she was also an executive leader within the C-Suite Network community.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Jeantet was a global account manager at Digital Equipment Corporation immediately before founding her own firm. In this capacity, she managed worldwide responsibility for major accounts and teams within the aerospace group's business with Rockwell International against an annual $40 million quota—a target she and her team consistently exceeded. Her tenure at Digital Equipment Corporation culminated in recognition as a member of the elite top-performers club.

Before joining Digital Equipment Corporation, Ms. Jeantet spent several years at Hewlett-Packard Company (now HP Development Company L.P.), where she worked after its founders had departed, yet the high-performance culture persisted. During her time there, she was recognized three times for exceeding 120 percent of her sales quota—a testament to her drive and effectiveness in competitive environments.

Ms. Jeantet's influence extends beyond corporate roles into academia and professional networks. She currently serves on the advisory board for the Women in Leadership Program at the University of California, Riverside, supporting women in business development to help them achieve greater success. Her contributions have also been highlighted through features in Google News, International Business Times, Wall Street Select and StreetInsider.com.

Her educational background laid a strong foundation for her achievements. In 1979, Ms. Jeantet earned a Master of Business Administration in international management from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona—then an independent graduate school now part of Arizona State University—after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver in 1977. Her father's insistence that she work for him without pay between degrees instilled self-reliance and introduced her to international business circles at an early age.

Ms. Jeantet later completed certification as a master personal and executive coach through the College of Executive Coaching in Ventura, California—a credential that required extensive supervised hours working directly with executives. This rigorous training further developed her ability to help leaders integrate reasoning with emotional intelligence for lasting change.

Throughout her career, Ms. Jeantet has mentored and encouraged others to tap into their essential wisdom to bring the fullness of their potential into the present moment. She is also known for hosting the podcast "Unlocking Leadership – Ask the Coaches," where she shares insights on leadership challenges alongside other experts.

Her accomplishments have been recognized through multiple awards: Sales Achievement Recognition for exceeding 120 percent of quota at Hewlett-Packard Company (now HP Development Company L.P.) and Sales Club Recognition for surpassing annual quotas at Digital Equipment Corporation.

Born in Bogotá, Ms. Jeantet finds joy outside work by rescuing dogs—a passion that began during her first marriage and has continued ever since. Over time, she has rescued six dogs, earning a reputation among friends for providing exceptional care to each animal that joins her home.

Looking ahead, Ms. Jeantet's professional aspirations center on expanding her speaking engagements to reach broader audiences with messages about demystifying how high-performance leaders engage and own their purpose. She is preparing new signature speeches designed to help individuals reconnect with their inner wisdom and identify where they are best served personally and professionally.

Ms. Jeantet attributes much of her sustained success to unwavering self-belief—a conviction rooted in childhood conversations around the family dinner table—and remains motivated by the opportunity each day brings to help others operate at higher frequencies and amplify opportunities throughout society.
