PHOENIX, AZ, October 21, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Lawrence Evar Johnson has been recognized for achievement in technology, enterprise transformation and human-centered innovation.

Mr. Johnson is an enterprise transformation leader recognized for helping organizations navigate the intersection of artificial intelligence, operational excellence and human-centered design. As senior director of enterprise solution architecture at Conduent Incorporated, he leads strategic initiatives that apply AI, intelligent automation, analytics, workflow orchestration and customer experience innovation to improve outcomes across healthcare, financial services and other highly regulated industries.

Since assuming his current role in 2025, Mr. Johnson has focused on designing solution- and outcome-based transformation strategies for complex operations. His work spans claims processing, healthcare disputes, health benefits, payments, receivables, workflow and case management, intelligent document automation, operational analytics and omnichannel customer engagement. By balancing human expertise with AI-enabled capabilities, he helps organizations reduce cost-to-serve, accelerate cycle times, strengthen compliance, improve decision-making and create more responsive customer and member experiences.

Throughout his career, Mr. Johnson has distinguished himself by translating emerging technology into practical business value. He is known for guiding leaders through uncertainty, simplifying complex operating challenges and connecting strategy, technology and execution. His work with major accounts, including UPS and UnitedHealth Group, has supported the development of more efficient, empathetic and human-centered experiences for clients, customers, patients and members.

In addition to his enterprise architecture responsibilities, Mr. Johnson serves as a lead innovation partner for commercial solutions at Conduent. In this capacity, he has helped shape agentic AI use cases across business verticals, authored executive white papers and transformation frameworks, and advanced approaches that augment human expertise rather than simply replace it. He was instrumental in the Sidecar initiative, which received recognition in the 2026 UnitedHealth Group Global Innovation Challenge. His broader innovation work reflects a consistent philosophy: technology creates its greatest value when it improves decisions, removes friction and enables people to focus on work requiring judgment, empathy and creativity.

Outside of his primary professional work, Mr. Johnson pursues other business ventures that reflect his interests in enterprise transformation, responsible innovation and creative endeavors. From 2019 to 2025, he served as solutions director at Conduent in Tempe, Arizona, expanding his expertise in operational excellence, customer experience and business solution design.

Before joining Conduent, Mr. Johnson devoted 23 years to Donnelley Financial Solutions and its predecessor organizations in the United States and the United Kingdom. From 2017 to 2019, he served in Greater London as director of ActiveDisclosure sales performance and transformation for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. There, he demonstrated DFIN solutions and collaborated with publicly traded companies to tailor offerings for regulatory filings and related business processes. He was also managing director of training for solutions sales from 2016 to 2018, supporting sales capability development and stronger client engagement across regions.

Earlier in his tenure, Mr. Johnson served as a sales engineer for ActiveDisclosure at R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company in Greater Phoenix from 2012 to 2016 and as an XBRL interactive client services specialist from 2011 to 2012. His operational leadership roles included Pacific Northwest site manager for Seattle and Portland from 2009 to 2011; Bay Area site manager for Palo Alto and San Francisco from 2006 to 2009; customer service manager for San Diego and Seattle at Bowne from 2000 to 2006; and customer service representative for West Los Angeles and San Diego from 1996 to 2000. He began his professional career as a customer service representative at Bank One, now part of JPMorgan Chase & Co., in Phoenix from 1991 to 1996.

This progression from frontline customer service to enterprise transformation leadership has shaped Mr. Johnson's approach to innovation. He understands that successful transformation is not defined solely by technology. It depends on how well leaders understand the experience of employees and customers, redesign work, support adoption and create measurable value. That perspective informs his ability to connect executive strategy with operational realities.

Beyond his corporate career, Mr. Johnson is an accomplished children's book author and creator of the Larry Adventure Series, a collection for readers ages four through eight that explores kindness, courage, teamwork, emotional resilience and practical problem-solving through gentle adventures. Drawing inspiration from personal experiences, including adoption, his writing helps families, caregivers and educators begin open conversations about emotions, confidence, empathy, grief and difficult life events. Several titles have been developed in collaboration with licensed dental professionals to support accuracy and emotional safety.

Mr. Johnson has published 14 children's books. His work as an author reflects the same values that guide his leadership: meeting people where they are, making complex subjects approachable and helping individuals navigate uncertainty with confidence and compassion. His dual perspective as an enterprise solution architect and storyteller allows him to connect systems thinking with the human experience in ways that are practical, accessible and memorable.

Mr. Johnson's study of metaphysics reflects his interest in systems thinking, human behavior, ethics and the relationship between technology and society. These areas continue to influence his approach to organizational transformation, leadership and responsible AI adoption.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in communications, with concentrations in intercultural studies and business studies, from Arizona State University, earned in 1996. He also earned an Associate of Arts in communications, with a focus on interpersonal communication, from Phoenix College in 1995. His academic foundation in communication and intercultural understanding has supported his ability to lead across diverse environments, translate complexity and build alignment among executives, clients, technical teams and operational stakeholders. In 2025, he further strengthened his credentials by earning an AI sales transformation certification from Whale Boss LLC.

Mr. Johnson attributes his professional accomplishments to empathy, compassion, curiosity and a willingness to learn from perspectives different from his own. These qualities have shaped both his leadership style and his creative work, enabling him to approach transformation not simply as a technical or financial exercise, but as a human endeavor with lasting effects on employees, customers, families and communities.

His commitment to service is deeply personal. In 2025, Mr. Johnson became a living kidney donor through Massachusetts General Hospital's Living Donor Kidney Transplant Program. The experience further strengthened his advocacy for living kidney donation, transplant awareness, healthcare education and compassionate action. He also supports adoption awareness, fentanyl awareness, children's literacy, family-centered causes, mentorship of emerging leaders, community service and responsible technology governance.

Mr. Johnson's civic and professional involvement has included participation with the Swedish Chamber of Commerce, the ASU Alumni Association and activities affiliated with the Democratic Party. He served on the board of directors for Gift of Adoption in Greater Phoenix from 2018 to 2019 and participated as a candidate delegate within the Democratic National Committee during 2024 and 2025. He has also received nominations for the Bainbridge Island City Council and the National Artificial Intelligence Advisory Committee. Across these activities, he has sought to advance thoughtful public dialogue, ethical leadership, stronger families and more inclusive approaches to innovation.

Among his notable distinctions is inclusion in Marquis Who's Who in America for 2026-2027. His recognition reflects a career spanning customer service, operational leadership, sales transformation, enterprise solution architecture, AI innovation, authorship and civic advocacy. Across these fields, he has consistently focused on connecting executive strategy with measurable business value while preserving the dignity and contribution of the people affected by change.

Born in Tucson, Arizona, Mr. Johnson resides with his wife, Debbie Johnson, and is the father of two children and two stepchildren. Outside of his professional and civic work, he enjoys writing books that support children's emotional growth, completing home improvement and remodeling projects, and constructing houses. These pursuits reflect his creativity, craftsmanship and enduring interest in building strong, supportive environments, both literally and figuratively.

Looking ahead, Mr. Johnson remains focused on helping organizations and individuals navigate an era increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence. He believes technology should amplify human potential, strengthen communities and expand access to opportunity. Through innovation, education, writing, advocacy and leadership, he seeks to ensure that technological advancement remains grounded in governance, transparency, inclusivity, ethics and human connection. His aim is not simply to help organizations adopt new tools, but to help people become confident participants in shaping a future where technology enhances rather than diminishes the unique contributions made possible by diverse experiences, cultures and perspectives.
