BROOKLYN PARK, MN, October 21, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- DeVentri Jordan has been recognized for achievement in healthcare.
Mr. Jordan's career in healthcare and performance coaching has been marked by innovation, resilience and a steadfast commitment to people development. Since 2023, he has served as director of TRIA GameFace, where he is responsible for implementing programs, developing and mentoring coaches, integrating medical and performance services, overseeing facility operations and growth, and expanding the brand. In this capacity, Mr. Jordan has played a pivotal role in combining athletic performance with medical and orthopedic care through his partnership with HealthPartners and TRIA Orthopedics. His work has helped establish a new standard for integrating these disciplines within healthcare.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Jordan founded GameFace Training in 2012 after returning to Minnesota from Florida. He launched the business from the trunk of his car, initially training youth athletes and developing his own curriculum, GameFace Training Systems. As demand grew, he transitioned from small training spaces to larger facilities, building GameFace into a recognized youth training brand in Minnesota. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Life Time approached him about a national partnership, leading to the development of what became the largest youth curriculum in the country for Life Time. As the Life Time partnership grew, Mr. Jordan saw an opportunity to take GameFace in a new direction. He partnered with HealthPartners and TRIA Orthopedics to bring performance coaching and medical care together under TRIA GameFace.
In 2013, Mr. Jordan served as director of pro services at Athletes Edge, where he contributed his expertise in athlete development. The previous year, he served as interim chief operating officer at Chamber Fitness LLC, overseeing operations during a period of transition.
Mr. Jordan's journey began after graduating from college when he secured an internship with Under Armour's Combine 360 program. This opportunity allowed him to avoid returning to his childhood community and set him on a path toward building a better future for himself and his family. The internship led to IMG Academies purchasing the curriculum and to his relocation to Sarasota, Florida, where he worked as a performance coach for several years before returning to Minnesota.
His expertise in people development, culture building and performance coaching is widely recognized. Mr. Jordan is praised for achieving this level of distinction in his field and is known for his passion for helping others grow both personally and professionally.
Education has played a significant role in Mr. Jordan's achievements. He earned a Master of Science in kinesiology from Concordia University-St. Paul in 2016. One of his proudest accomplishments was attending college at age 36 while raising his son. Despite being one of the oldest students in his classes, he remained committed to completing his education and trusted that it would serve a greater purpose in his life and career. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in human development and family studies from St. Cloud State University (2002) and earned his high school diploma from North High School in Minneapolis.
In addition to his academic credentials, Mr. Jordan became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2013. This certification further strengthened his ability to develop effective training programs and support athletes' growth.
Throughout his life, Mr. Jordan has drawn inspiration from his mother's unwavering work ethic. Her daily dedication instilled in him the importance of perseverance and discipline — qualities that have shaped both his approach to business and personal growth.
Civic engagement is central to Mr. Jordan's identity. He has been active in church life for many years, and his involvement extends beyond church walls through support for organizations such as the Kingdom Builder Foundation and local children's foundations. Through GameFace Training, he has organized backpack giveaways, Thanksgiving gift card and turkey drives, and shoe drives that provide footwear for children returning to school.
Born in Minneapolis, Mr. Jordan values family deeply and considers GameFace Training a family business with active participation from his wife, whom he met in high school, their son, who serves as manager, and their two daughters, Ava and Aubrey, who are homeschooled while contributing to the entrepreneurial spirit of the household. The family embraces doing life together both personally and professionally.
Outside of work, Mr. Jordan enjoys traveling extensively and giving speaking engagements focused on preaching and mentoring others within church settings and throughout the broader community. As he continues to build on his legacy, he plans to expand the GameFace brand by opening additional facilities in new locations and further developing its curriculum offerings, including Level 1 through Level 3 performance coach certifications. His long-term vision is centered on redefining how performance coaching can be integrated with medical care nationwide by establishing a blueprint that sets new standards for collaboration between these fields.
Mr. Jordan's dedication to people development, community service and faith-driven leadership continues to inspire those around him while advancing healthcare performance coaching at both the local and national levels.
