Ryan's career in financial services is distinguished by his expertise in wealth management and his commitment to client success. Since 2024, he has served as a wealth advisor at Bridgemill Private Wealth & Partners, where he plays a pivotal role in meeting prospective clients throughout the community and in the office to assess their financial goals, needs and ambitions.

In his current role, Ryan's responsibilities include developing personalized financial plans and strategies, conducting annual and semiannual reviews to monitor client progress, managing business retirement accounts and 401(k) plans, and meeting regularly with plan participants to review changes in their circumstances. He also executes investment trades, builds customized portfolios and continually monitors client investments to ensure alignment with long-term objectives.

Joining Bridgemill Private Wealth & Partners at its early stage, Ryan contributed to the firm's rapid expansion. The firm serves more than 400 households in Northwest Ohio and continues to grow within the industry. Among his proudest achievements is the successful opening of the Van Wert office in October of 2025. Prior to his current role, Ryan was a life insurance specialist at One Resource Group in Roanoke, Indiana, from 2020 to 2024. There, he managed insurance relationships across the west region of the US., helping agents and advisors provide life insurance solutions for their clients, taking on considerable responsibility early in his career. From 2017 to 2020, he gained foundational experience as an employee at Lee Kinstle GM Sales & Service.

Ryan's educational background includes earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Saint Francis in 2020. He also earned the Series 66 certification from NASAA in 2025, Series 7 and Securities Industry Essentials certifications from FINRA in 2024, and a life and health insurance license from the Ohio Department of Insurance. These qualifications have enabled Ryan to provide comprehensive advice across investment management, tax mitigation, estate planning and insurance solutions.

Reflecting on his success, Ryan credits his father, Eric, who acquired car dealerships during difficult economic times, with instilling perseverance, business acumen and philanthropy. His cousin, Gabe Pollock, has been both mentor and business partner, teaching him how to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives beyond their finances. Todd Stewart and Tony Wilson of One Resource Group guided him through complex situations early in his career, and his wife's steadfast encouragement has been vital to his continued growth.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Ryan is actively involved in civic organizations within Van Wert County. He serves on the boards of the Van Wert County Regional Airport and Van Wert YMCA, participates in fundraising efforts for the Van Wert Rotary Club and supports Toss A Toy for children in the Van Wert Area.

Born in Lima, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and their two dogs, a Great Dane and a Golden Retriever. Together, they enjoy walking and training their dogs, including therapy dog training for their Golden Retriever. He also enjoys playing golf and attending his brothers' college sporting events. An avid sports fan, Ryan supports Notre Dame football, the Indiana Pacers and the Indianapolis Colts, and he remains active in church events.
