SANDY, UT, October 22, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Chris Taylor, founder and chief executive officer of Taylor'd Growth and author of The Corporate Cure, has been inducted into Marquis Who's Who for 2026 in recognition of his achievements in business consulting.

Mr. Taylor's career reflects more than three decades of expertise in business growth, acquisition strategy, sales leadership and executive management. In 2025, Mr. Taylor founded Taylor'd Growth in Salt Lake City, where he serves as the founder and chief executive officer.

Since establishing the firm, Mr. Taylor has provided ongoing monthly advisory services to client organizations on a retainer basis, achieving a 100% retention rate after one year. Through Taylor'd Growth, Mr. Taylor helps organizations diagnose barriers to growth, strengthen leadership alignment, build high-performing sales teams and create cultures grounded in trust and accountability. Mr. Taylor also speaks nationally to organizations, leads executive retreats focused on corporate culture and trust, and develops educational content, such as scorecards and toolkits for interview frameworks centered on trust indicators.

A significant portion of Mr. Taylor's work is dedicated to helping leaders Build Relationships Of Trust through his BROT framework. He accepts individual consulting projects for clients seeking to establish or enhance their sales teams, utilizing tools he has developed to identify candidates who exemplify trustworthiness alongside performance. Mr. Taylor also partners with universities to prepare students for successful careers by speaking on campuses and developing materials that clarify objectives for students during their higher education journey.

Before founding Taylor'd Growth, Mr. Taylor served as the senior vice president of channel partnerships at Axxess from late 2021 to 2025, following his role as the vice president of sales for the company from May to December 2021. In these roles, he led sales teams and forged strategic partnerships that contributed to the company's growth as a leading global technology innovator within the care-at-home sector.

In 2020 and 2021, Mr. Taylor worked as a sales, leadership and technology consultant on a freelance basis, advising organizations on best practices in sales management and business development. During this period, he also held the position of national sales manager at Modernizing Medicine Gastroenterology in 2020.

From 2018 to 2020, Mr. Taylor was the vice president of sales for KanTime Software by Kanrad Technologies in North America, where he oversaw commercial expansion efforts across the United States. Between 2016 and 2018, he excelled as the senior vice president of sales and general manager at AMC Health, leading both sales operations and general management functions. Mr. Taylor's earlier experience included serving as the vice president of commercial sales at Cardiocom from 2012 to 2016. There, he implemented growth strategies that strengthened the company's market position and contributed to its eventual acquisition by Medtronic.

Among his earlier roles, Mr. Taylor spent five years as an account executive at Allscripts, starting in 2007. He previously served as the vice president of western area sales at HomMed from 2004 to 2007, where his leadership helped position the company for acquisition by Honeywell through strategic team development and market expansion initiatives. Before that, Mr. Taylor was the regional sales manager at Spacelabs Healthcare between 1996 and 2004. He began his corporate career with Michelin North America Inc., spending five years at its U.S. headquarters in South Carolina after graduating with his undergraduate degree.

Mr. Taylor's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in organizational behavior and leadership development from Brigham Young University and a Master of Business Administration from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. Mr. Taylor graduated first in his MBA class of more than 120 students.

Beyond his primary career roles, Mr. Taylor participates in national and state care-at-home industry associations, serves on industry association boards and engages with networking groups that foster professional collaboration across business sectors. His civic engagement includes service through religious organizations and participation in charitable initiatives and speaking engagements at colleges nationwide. Mr. Taylor also collaborates with private foundations on nonprofit development projects that direct substantial funding toward educational institutions and charitable causes domestically and internationally.

Mr. Taylor's creative contributions include authoring "The Corporate Cure: Diagnose What's Broken. Align What Matters. Build What Lasts," published by Clovercroft Publishing in 2026. The book helps leaders recognize the root causes of organizational dysfunction and apply the C.U.R.E.S. framework (Clarity, Unity, Readiness, Execution and Sustainability) to build trust, align teams and turn strategy into sustainable results. Mr. Taylor is currently writing its prequel, "The Campus Cure," aimed at helping students maximize their collegiate experience. Mr. Taylor honors his mother, Jean Taylor, whose 21-year battle with breast cancer inspired the central message of The Corporate Cure: recognize the warning signs early and address root causes before problems deepen. To carry her legacy forward, he plans to add a pink ribbon to the book's cover and dedicate 50% of profits from sales of The Corporate Cure to breast cancer awareness efforts year-round.

Throughout his professional journey, Mr. Taylor has developed recognizable expertise in business growth and acquisition strategy, sales leadership, training, team building, DISC assessments and alignment, and branding. His healthcare experience spans more than 30 years across acute care, ambulatory care and care-at-home settings, including home care, home health, palliative care and hospice.

Mr. Taylor's path into business consulting was inspired by observing how early diagnosis and targeted intervention were able to extend his mother's life during her long battle with cancer. Drawing parallels between human health and organizational well-being led him to develop the C.U.R.E.S. framework (Clarity, Unity, Readiness, Execution and Sustainability), which forms the foundation for both his consulting methodology and published works.

Mr. Taylor's achievements have been recognized internally within organizations through awards, such as President's Club honors and annual top performer incentive trips alongside other high-achieving professionals. He credits much of his success to the example set by his mother, whose resilience and ability to build meaningful relationships taught him the importance of trust and connection in both personal and professional contexts. These lessons have shaped Mr. Taylor's philosophy that strong organizations are intentionally built through trust-based relationships, a principle central to his consulting practice today.

Looking ahead, Mr. Taylor aims to expand "The Campus Cure" initiative by collaborating with more university campuses nationwide while also growing Taylor'd Growth through organizational partnerships and multi-day leadership retreats built around the principles of The Corporate Cure. He also envisions further developing the C.U.R.E.S. series, including future projects such as "The Family Cure," to extend these principles into new domains that strengthen families as well as businesses. Mr. Taylor continues to build upon a foundation rooted in trust, clarity of purpose and intentional relationship-building, qualities that have defined both his personal journey and professional accomplishments throughout an exemplary career in business consulting and leadership development.
