Since 2025, she has served as co-founder and chief executive officer of Bliss Babe, a platform she launched alongside her best friend, Stephanie Winegardner. The idea for Bliss Babe took shape during the summer before its official launch, with Ms. Krempec and Ms. Stephanie Winegardner recording content and developing the website throughout the fall. By January, the channel debuted and quickly attracted over 54,000 YouTube subscribers, with the podcast available on Apple Podcasts and Spotify.

Bliss Babe was created to uplift women by sharing their stories in a casual, conversational format that features everyday women rather than celebrities. The show's approachable style has resonated with listeners, who have shared feedback about how the discussions have inspired them to set boundaries and make positive changes in their lives. Working collaboratively with co-founder Stephanie Winegardner on episode development, Ms. Krempec serves as the show's sole producer, managing its technical production and having independently developed skills in video production, digital media design and website development. She also contributes to business operations, team coordination, and the training and mentorship of interns.

Alongside her entrepreneurial pursuits, Ms. Krempec remains an active intensive care unit nurse, bringing more than 16 years of experience in nursing, including critical care and clinical leadership. Her nursing career is marked by countless moments of advocacy and compassion — from comforting patients to providing a calming presence during times of stress. She believes that these small gestures create lasting impacts for patients and their families.

Her extensive nursing background includes experience with respected healthcare institutions such as Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals, as well as clinical roles across numerous hospitals and healthcare settings. Her professional experience encompasses critical care, infection prevention, nursing supervision and interdisciplinary collaboration, reflecting both clinical expertise and leadership in demanding healthcare environments.

Ms. Krempec's entrepreneurial experience began well before her nursing career. From 2004 to 2011, she worked independently in residential cleaning services, managing client relationships, developing advertising materials and marketing her services through print advertising. These early experiences provided a foundation in entrepreneurship, marketing and business operations, skills she continues to build upon through her current media ventures.

After leaving high school early and becoming a teenage mother, Ms. Krempec earned a General Educational Development credential before pursuing higher education. Inspired by meeting a registered nurse from a neonatal intensive care unit in her early 20s, she enrolled at Bryant & Stratton College, graduating with an Associate Degree in Nursing in 2010. She has also completed coursework toward a master's degree. To further enhance her skills, Ms. Krempec holds advanced cardiovascular life support, basic life support, stroke scale certification and reiki certifications.

Ms. Krempec's resilience is rooted in perseverance through adversity — including poverty and abuse — motivated by the desire to provide for her daughters. She credits her children as her greatest inspiration and attributes her success to never giving up despite obstacles. Nursing became both a calling and an avenue for advocacy, instilling values of integrity and compassion that continue to guide her work with Bliss Babe and beyond. Ms. Krempec's dedication has earned her multiple DAISY Awards for extraordinary nursing care; she forwards each award to her parents as acknowledgment of their influence on her character.

In addition to her professional roles, Ms. Krempec has made significant contributions through civic engagement and volunteerism. From 2020 to 2023, she served as executive director of the United States division of Young Mothers Empowerment Network, where she organized virtual panel discussions featuring women leaders who shared their experiences, insights and encouragement with young women in recognition of International Women's Day. Previously, as events chairwoman for Dare 2 Care International from 2018 to 2020, she helped coordinate initiatives supporting vulnerable populations. Her longstanding commitment to community service also includes volunteering with domestic violence nonprofits and serving as a volunteer teacher at her church for 15 years. Outside of work, Ms. Krempec enjoys playing golf — an activity she has pursued for more than 25 years — as well as creating golf content online and co-hosting the Breaking 80 golf podcast, which continues to release occasional episodes. Looking ahead, Ms. Krempec envisions Bliss Babe achieving national or global recognition while continuing its mission of inspiring women through authentic storytelling.
