WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA, October 22, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dr. Peyman Saadat has built a distinguished career in reproductive endocrinology and infertility, combining advanced medical expertise with a highly personal approach to patient care. With more than two decades of experience in reproductive medicine, and since founding Reproductive Fertility Center in 2005, he has remained closely involved in every aspect of the practice and in the care of the patients who turn to him for help building their families.
Double board-certified in reproductive endocrinology and infertility and in obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Saadat treats a wide range of fertility conditions, including age-related infertility, endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome, diminished ovarian reserve and other complex reproductive concerns. He also works with patients pursuing fertility treatment following tubal ligation and with individuals and couples who require donor eggs, gestational carriers or other third-party reproductive options.
Dr. Saadat was among the physicians who helped introduce and expand the use of mini-IVF, a lower-stimulation approach that may be appropriate for selected patients. His experience with both conventional IVF and gentler stimulation protocols allows him to tailor treatment to the individual rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.
One of the hallmarks of Dr. Saadat's practice is his unusually high level of personal involvement throughout the treatment process. He personally conducts new patient consultations, performs most monitoring ultrasounds himself, closely follows patients throughout their treatment cycles and makes the medical decisions guiding their care. He also performs specialized fertility procedures, including egg retrievals, embryo transfers and intrauterine inseminations. This continuity allows patients to develop a relationship with the physician directing their treatment rather than feeling that their care is being passed from one provider to another.
Third-party reproduction is also an important part of Dr. Saadat's practice. He works extensively with intended parents using donor eggs, gestational carriers and other family-building options, including patients with complex medical or reproductive histories. His team helps coordinate these cases from initial consultation through treatment, with an emphasis on individualized planning, communication and continuity of care.
Dr. Saadat's reputation has also drawn patients from outside Southern California and from around the world. International and out-of-state patients frequently travel to Reproductive Fertility Center to seek his expertise, particularly for complex fertility treatment, third-party reproduction and individualized IVF care.
Reproductive Fertility Center also offers access to an affiliated surgical facility, allowing Dr. Saadat to provide surgical treatment for a variety of reproductive conditions. His surgical expertise includes procedures to address uterine polyps and fibroids, tubal reversal and other conditions that may interfere with fertility.
Throughout his career, Dr. Saadat has had the privilege of helping patients who once struggled to conceive go on to build the families they hoped for. For him, those families remain the most meaningful measure of his professional success. The practice's long-standing Baby Bash tradition, which brings together families whose children were conceived with the center's assistance, has become a particularly meaningful reminder of the lasting impact of his work.
Dr. Saadat is actively involved in several leading professional organizations, including the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the Society of Reproductive Surgeons and the Pacific Coast Reproductive Society. His continued involvement reflects his commitment to advances in reproductive medicine, fertility treatment and reproductive surgery.
Dr. Saadat earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Southern California in 1996. He remained at USC for his residency in obstetrics and gynecology, which he completed in 2000, followed by a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility, completed in 2003. He is board-certified in both reproductive endocrinology and infertility and obstetrics and gynecology.
Throughout his medical training and career, Dr. Saadat has been recognized for both research and teaching. His early research focused in part on menopause and symptom management, earning multiple research awards between 1996 and 2003. He has also received teaching awards recognizing his work in physician education and mentorship.
Family has played an important role throughout Dr. Saadat's life and career, and he credits the support of his parents, wife and children with allowing him to devote himself fully to a demanding specialty. That same appreciation for family is at the heart of his work with patients. Few moments are more meaningful to him than confirming a long-awaited pregnancy and sharing in the excitement of patients who have worked so hard to reach that point.
Looking ahead, Dr. Saadat remains focused on providing highly personalized fertility care while continuing to advance reproductive medicine through research, education and the training of future healthcare professionals. His goal remains the same as it has throughout his career: to provide patients with thoughtful, individualized care and the best possible opportunity to achieve their dream of becoming parents.
