COPPERAS COVE, TX, October 22, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Nic Allen has been recognized for achievement in military housing and lodging construction operations.

Mr. Allen's career in military housing and lodging construction operations is marked by a steady progression through increasingly responsible roles, culminating in his current position as a project manager at Pioneer Construction Services Inc. in Killeen, Texas, beginning in 2025.

In his current capacity, Mr. Allen oversees day-to-day operations, coordinates weekly meetings with clients and project stakeholders, manages budgets and schedules, and ensures accurate reporting through regular internal team calls. His responsibilities also include traveling to project sites to collaborate directly with field teams, architects and engineers. Mr. Allen's expertise in military housing and lodging construction operations is widely recognized, reflecting his commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

From 2023 to 2025, Mr. Allen served as a development manager at Centinel Public Partnerships in Fort Knox, Kentucky. During this period, he managed $78 million in projects independently, a milestone he considers his most notable professional achievement.

Prior to this role, Mr. Allen was an assistant development manager at Centinel Public Partnerships at Fort Hood, Texas. In that capacity, he contributed to the management of approximately $420 million in projects under the supervision of a senior manager. These roles required him to work closely with the United States Army on high-level projects, including those for generals' residences.

Earlier in his career, from 2021 to 2023, Mr. Allen held the position of area warranty manager at Stylecraft in Waco, Texas. He then became project manager at Specialty Restoration of Texas in Killeen from 2020 to 2021 — a role he attained at just 20 years old. He regards this early appointment as a significant accomplishment given his age and limited experience at the time.

From 2017 to 2020, Mr. Allen worked as lead water and mold technician at Target Solutions in Waco. His introduction to military housing occurred during this period when he performed subcontracted mold mitigation work for a local housing company at Fort Hood in 2019. This experience sparked his interest in the field and led to subsequent opportunities within military housing asset management and general contracting.

In addition to his professional experience, Mr. Allen achieved OSHA 10 certification from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration in 2021, underscoring his dedication to workplace safety standards within construction environments.

The foundation of Mr. Allen's career was laid early through hands-on experience working alongside his father and brothers on job sites during summers and holidays starting at 8 or 9 years old. Both his grandfather and uncle owned their own companies, providing him with invaluable exposure to the industry from a young age. He credits his grandfather and father as primary mentors who instilled values of responsibility and respect that continue to guide his approach today.

Beyond his professional commitments, Mr. Allen has demonstrated civic engagement as a youth leader at a startup church in Waco from 2018 to 2020. In this volunteer role, he led praise and worship services while mentoring students during the formative years of the organization's development. Notably, his achievements have been recognized through honors such as the Director's Excellence Award from a military housing company in Texas.

Mr. Allen was born in Monticello and is deeply committed to family. He describes himself and his husband as homebodies who enjoy spending time together with their six nephews. While Mr. Allen grew up in a large family, his husband was an only child; their shared values center around close-knit family connections and quality time with loved ones. Together, they own land in Texas where they spend weekends preparing to build their dream home — an endeavor that reflects Mr. Allen's lifelong passion for building and renovation projects. He also enjoys working on home improvement tasks and cherishes time spent with friends and extended family.

Looking ahead, Mr. Allen intends to collaborate closely with Pioneer Construction Services leadership on advancing into a construction operations role that encompasses broader oversight of company activities. He is eager to contribute to company growth by expanding its military clientele and supporting increased opportunities for the team as Pioneer continues its evolution from its origins as a small Florida-based business into a nationwide general contractor specializing in hospitality and military housing projects.
