Ms. Zamudio's most notable achievement is her unwavering commitment to presence and her dedication to technology and ongoing education. She has received several awards recognizing her meaningful contributions to ISACA, including her recent election to the local chapter's board of directors, highlighting her ongoing impact in the field.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Zamudio spent 17 years at Wells Fargo, where she held several key positions that shaped her expertise in risk management. From 2017 to 2025, she served as a risk management officer, leveraging her skills to address complex challenges within the organization. Between 2014 and 2018, she was responsible for internal audit and control testing, ensuring compliance and operational integrity across various departments. Her earlier tenure as business continuity coordinator from 2009 to 2014 involved developing strategies to maintain business operations during disruptions. Before transitioning into the technology sector, Ms. Zamudio worked in the emergency room at Tulane University School of Medicine from 2005 to 2008.

Her career began in New Orleans as an emergency room nurse just two weeks before Hurricane Katrina struck. Memberships in industry organizations such as ISACA reflect Ms. Zamudio's commitment to ongoing professional development and community engagement. She has been actively volunteering on a global panel since 2022 to write and edit certification exam questions for ISACA's industry credentials. In addition to being elected to the SF ISACA board of directors in 2026, she continues to support technology education initiatives worldwide.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Zamudio is deeply involved with civic-minded organizations. She serves on the board of directors for SF ISACA and volunteers with ISACA on global initiatives related to certification exam content development. In addition to these roles, she is also training to be a line judge with the United States Tennis Association.

Ms. Zamudio attributes her success to consistently showing up — a value instilled by the native community — which she considers foundational both morally and practically. This dedication has led her to unexpected opportunities within ISACA and beyond, demonstrating that presence is essential whether through major contributions or subtle actions.
