Mr. ChangFong is currently based in Barcelona, Spain, where he serves as Chief Expansion Officer for Olive Energy and the Chief Executive Officer of Tekkadan Systems. In his present capacity, Mr. ChangFong also aids in the finances for both Tekkadan Systems and Olive Energy, overseeing venture capital investments, managing the sale of fuel through his network and leading the development of a data center project. As co-owner of Olive Energy since early 2026, Mr. ChangFong has played a central role in expanding the company's operations across Africa, which has recently achieved a nine-figure USD valuation. He and his business partner co-own several oil fields on the continent. With his business partner/mentor they coordinate the sale of fuel primarily to state-owned enterprises and their subsidiaries. These transactions are mainly based in the European region, United States and Africa. His leadership extends beyond commercial activities, as he ensures that his team all have the means and ability to contact him, believing that the daily worker notices problems before damage occurs. This commitment to communication and availability stems from earlier years of seeing his grandfather C. Francis and godfather S. Reid leaving their homes at all hours of the night after work calls, only to return the next day. This, under their leadership, led to the longest period for P.C.S Nitrogen in Trinidad and Tobago going without major injury or problem.

Additionally, Mr. ChangFong is the owner of Tekkadan Systems; to him it is the brainchild of a few Caribbean kids ( P. Tobitt, C. Mahabir etc.) on government computers during lunch between Halo matches. The highlight of his career has been the transition from oil and gas to technology, discovering an unexpected collaboration between the two fields. Combining his background in energy with emerging technologies has brought him fulfillment beyond what he experienced previously, transforming his work from a routine job into a meaningful pursuit that benefits others. He is now looking forward to the next step in the Tekkadan journey from selling and hosting G.P.US to seeking a data center approval within the E.U., though he politely declined to offer more information on this matter at this stage.

Prior to entering these industries, Mr. ChangFong's professional journey was shaped by significant events. After COVID disrupted his broker and arbitrage business — leaving vessels stranded and prompting a search for new directions — he entered the oil and gas sector from a new angle in Africa before moving into technology. He acquired shares in a company specializing in graphics processing units (GPUs) sales that power artificial intelligence tools and began managing its operations, which later led to his formation of Tekkadan System. The level of detail involved in GPUs and data centers resonated with his previous experience, allowing him to draw parallels between artificial intelligence infrastructure and traditional energy markets.

Mr. ChangFong attributes his success to a willingness to take risks and pursue opportunities outside his comfort zone. He believes that honesty has allowed him to maintain valuable connections throughout his career, though he feels his method of expressing that honesty needs to be refined. His upbringing played a pivotal role as well; encouraged by his mother to use his advantages meaningfully, he learned early on the importance of education and resourcefulness. At age fourteen he recalls, when requesting a video game called " Black Ops 2 " being denied on the premise of "not having money for that." However when he requested a science book costing $780 USD, his grandfather, C. Francis, provided it within a week simply due to shipping time — demonstrating that while money should not be wasted, investing in knowledge is always worthwhile. This led to the frequent delivery of books each time his grandfather went on various work-related trips. He believes this has led him to a love of reading and a passion for details, which he says is most of his day-to-day job.

Beyond his professional commitments, Mr. ChangFong remains actively involved in civic organizations. He supports the Polo Club Charity Arm of several clubs and volunteers with the Yacht Club Sailing Team. Together with his business partner, they sponsored water wells for a community near their Congo oil field, guided by his grandmother's advice to do good without expecting anything in return; he has shied away from mentioning this much or going into further details on the matter. Believing one's actions, even if not noticed, should be pure and free of expectation and recognition.

In his personal life, Mr. ChangFong is dedicated to remaining private on the matter, only stating that his life is like everyone else's; it has ups and downs. While he refuses to state which season of his life he is in, he remains optimistic about the long-term outlook. Looking ahead, he intends to assume a more public role within his businesses as he prepares to lead them into the future while aging. Plans are underway to establish a branch office in Spain or Luxembourg serving clients across the European Union and to develop a testing ground in Congo utilizing flare gas from drilling operations to power data centers.
