SAN ANTONIO, TX, October 29, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Juan Villarreal has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who, recognizing his career in oil and gas completions, engineering and operational leadership.

With approximately 15 years of oil and gas experience, Mr. Villarreal has supervised more than 20,000 hydraulic fracturing stages. His background includes real-time supervision and optimization of high-pressure treatments across multiple formations, with surface treating pressures routinely ranging from 11,500 to 12,300 pounds per square inch (psi).

A completions consultant at Admiral Permian Operating LLC since 2024, Mr. Villarreal coordinates auxiliary services, equipment and field resources for well-stimulation operations. He conducts pre-job safety meetings, supervises wireline operations and coordinates field activities from hydraulic fracturing through production-tubing installation.

During active treatment stages, Mr. Villarreal adjusts pumping schedules and fluid systems in response to formation pressure and treatment behavior. These adjustments aim to optimize the placement of proppant—the material used to hold fractures open—and control stage costs. He also performs quality assurance and quality control, monitoring treatment parameters, materials and execution against treatment designs. Working with customers, vendors and internal teams, he coordinates resources and prepares operational and cost reports to communicate progress and treatment performance.

His previous positions include completions consultant engineer with Sicard Petroleum Consultants from 2018 to 2024 and field engineer III with FTS International from 2016 to 2018. Earlier roles included completions quality control engineer at Ely & Associates Corp. and district engineering manager at FTS. Across these positions, he developed experience in treatment monitoring, fluid and chemical coordination, field engineering and team supervision in Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma.

Alongside his field assignments, Mr. Villarreal has provided independent upstream consulting, completions engineering and wellsite representation through JuSa Co since 2014. He also serves as a commercial partner and sales representative with XENTRiX, a technology company based in Monterrey, Mexico, and as a sales engineer focused on business development with INDEN, a metal fabrication firm. These roles extend his professional activities into business process improvement and industrial services.

Mr. Villarreal earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University–Kingsville in 2008. Before entering oil and gas, he worked in the industrial division of Zachry Construction Corporation, supporting projects involving chemical plants, power plants and refineries. He has been a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers since 2013.

Having moved from Mexico to the United States to complete his education, Mr. Villarreal credits adaptability, perseverance and collaboration with experienced colleagues with shaping his professional development. Fluent in English and Spanish, he draws on his experience in both countries to communicate across field teams and business relationships. Looking ahead, he aims to deepen his expertise in completion operations while helping improve performance tracking, personnel management and operational efficiency in the energy industry.

Outside work, Mr. Villarreal enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. He volunteers at his children's school, assisting with book fairs, distributing water during field events and helping teachers supervise students on field trips. He also supports his children's soccer teams by setting up seating areas for families during practices and games.

Looking ahead, Mr. Villarreal plans to expand his expertise in wireline, coiled tubing and standalone reload operations while supporting U.S. business development for XENTRiX and INDEN. He aims to broaden both companies' reach among oil and gas customers, drawing on his engineering background, field experience and bilingual communication skills to connect clients with technology solutions and industrial fabrication services.
