Created in response to a growing demand for high quality online Canadian real estate resources, KeyCanada.ca offers a place where Canadians can search for properties, find services and information relating to real estate, and interact with other buyers, sellers, renters, agents, and landlords.
The site's intuitive property search engine can be used to search for homes, apartments, commercial real estate, and parking spaces; and offers features such as Google Maps, a refine search bar, and the ability to save properties and agents.
KeyCanada.ca also includes an agent search, a business directory, community profiles, the latest Canadian real estate news, carefully selected useful links, featured real estate books, and a discussions forum where community members can interact.
Real estate professionals can use KeyCanada.ca as a free marketing tool. Licensed real estate agents, landlords, and property managers can list their properties on KeyCanada.ca at no cost. They also have the ability to advertise open houses, add multiple photos, and modify or delete their listings at any time.

KeyCanada.ca is a Kingston, Ontario based company that was founded in 2007 by two former Queen's University students, Jason Hurd and Cormac Trainor. KeyCanada.ca launched its beta service in June 2008, with the goal of empowering Canadians with the tools and resources necessary to improve how they buy, sell, rent, or lease Canadian real estate. Although KeyCanada.ca's services will initially be restricted to Ontario, the company plans to expand across Canada in the near future.
