BROOKLYN, NY, November 4, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Bilal S. Little, MBA, CETF, has been recognized for achievement in investment management.
Mr. Little's distinguished financial services career spans two decades and includes roles of increasing responsibility and influence. Since 2026, he has served as global exchange-traded funds strategist at Direxion, a leading issuer of exchange-traded funds. In this capacity, he works across sales, marketing and product development, communicates the company's stories to investors and media, participates in team meetings, appears live every Tuesday on FinTech TV from the floor of the New York Stock Exchange, speaks at investment events on leveraged and inverse exchange-traded funds, and regularly appears on CNBC to discuss capital markets, Federal Reserve interest rates and equity prices. Reporting directly to the chief executive officer, Mr. Little serves as Direxion's global face.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Little was director of exchange-traded funds at the New York Stock Exchange under Intercontinental Exchange from 2024 to 2026. During his tenure, he led significant media engagement and initiatives that brought hundreds of students from underprivileged areas to the exchange for firsthand exposure to capital markets. From 2023 to 2024, he served as senior vice president at Harbor Capital Advisors Inc. in Miami, Florida, where he contributed to portfolio construction and investment strategy.
From 2022 to 2023, Mr. Little served as president of data unification firm in Miami, Florida. That same year, he was also senior vice president for a digital asset company in Miami. His earlier experience includes serving as director at BlackRock in Miami from 2021 to 2022 and vice president at BlackRock in California from 2015 to 2021. During his time at BlackRock, he played a key role in raising $300,000 for Boys & Girls Clubs across twenty chapters nationwide during the COVID-19 pandemic. He coordinated financial education volunteer efforts among company representatives.
From 2014 to 2015, Mr. Little served as senior vice president at Neuberger Berman in California, after previously serving as vice president and regional director from 2010 to 2014. In these roles, he consulted with some of the largest independent financial advisors across Hawaii, Southern California, Arizona and New Mexico following the firm's emergence from bankruptcy and the global financial crisis. He began his career as an internal sales associate at Neuberger Berman in New York from 2008 to 2010 after working as a registered representative there from 2006 to 2008.
For more than fifteen years, Mr. Little has consulted with leading financial advisors worldwide and focused on teaching the importance of estate planning through financial education—a mission that has included pro bono instruction and public speaking engagements, including a recent event in Miami.
His professional expertise includes capital markets, portfolio construction, investments, exchange-traded funds, wealth management, sales distribution, leveraged and inverse mechanics and risks, tactical trading strategies, global macroeconomic trends, thematic investing, digital assets and blockchain technology, and estate planning and public speaking.
Mr. Little earned a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies with a minor in marketing from Hofstra University in 2006. He earned his Master of Business Administration in business administration and management from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California in 2016. He further expanded his knowledge through coursework in blockchain technologies: business and innovation at the MIT Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
He holds several industry certifications, including the Certified Exchange-Traded Fund Advisor designation, along with FINRA Series 7, Series 65, and Series 63 licenses. These credentials have helped him navigate complex financial landscapes while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Raised in Waterbury and Stamford (CT) by a family who made significant sacrifices for his education and future success, Mr. Little attributes much of his drive to humble beginnings that instilled resilience and gratitude. His journey into finance began after he earned a full scholarship as a walk-on student-athlete at Hofstra University—an opportunity secured through both academic achievement and athletic excellence — until a neck injury redirected him toward the financial sector.
Throughout his career, Mr. Little has remained deeply engaged with civic organizations. He has served as a corporate board member for Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County and volunteered globally with Habitat for Humanity for about five years, building homes in locations such as Homa Bay in Kenya and throughout Mexico. His philanthropic efforts include developing The Return Home Mentorship program for young men seeking guidance into business careers.
Recognition for his leadership includes receiving the Spirit of the V.I.S.I.O.N. Award from the Association of African American Financial Advisors in 2025, being named Sales Team of the Year by BlackRock in 2020, and earning Salesman of the Year honors at Neuberger Berman in 2011.
Outside his professional commitments, Mr. Little stays active in his community through charity events and public speaking engagements, while also developing mentorship programs for men entering business fields. He is dedicated to being an active father to Phoenix Little and a devoted husband to Ashley Little.
Looking ahead, Mr. Little intends to become a leading global voice in exchange-traded funds while expanding access to estate planning solutions for individuals everywhere. He remains committed to making meaningful contributions wherever possible, both professionally and personally.
