SPRINGFIELD, PA, November 04, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Jacqueline Davis, CSP, DOSHc, has been recognized for her achievements and leadership in occupational safety and health, with experience spanning manufacturing and electrical construction.

Ms. Davis has built her career around strengthening workplace safety cultures and protecting employees in high-risk environments. In 2026, she joined The Tri-M Group, LLC in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, as director of safety and health. In this role, she provides strategic safety leadership across the organization, with a focus on integrating safety into operations, strengthening employee engagement and ensuring that workforce protection remains central to the company's work.

Her responsibilities include collaborating with operational and project leaders to identify and mitigate risk, supporting job-specific safety planning, strengthening regulatory compliance and advancing a comprehensive five-year safety strategy and roadmap. Among her proudest professional accomplishments is her ability to help organizations move toward a more positive, proactive and people-centered safety culture. Her leadership philosophy emphasizes employee involvement, learning, accountability and empowering employees to take an active role in protecting themselves and one another.

Before joining The Tri-M Group, Ms. Davis served as senior regional environment, health and safety manager for the United States and Canada at Unilever from 2024 to 2026. In this capacity, she supported environment, health and safety initiatives across a broad geographic region and continued developing her expertise in manufacturing safety. She joined Unilever in 2023 as safety, security, health and environmental manager at its Raeford, North Carolina, location, where she managed programs supporting employee health, safety and operational compliance.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Davis served as complex safety and health manager at Pilgrim's in Sanford, North Carolina, from 2022 to 2023, following her role as a safety specialist at the company's Gainesville, Georgia, location from 2021 to 2022. She began her safety career in 2019 as a safety trainer at the company's Athens, Georgia, location and progressed through positions of increasing responsibility.

Beyond her primary professional responsibilities, Ms. Davis serves as vice president of the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Society of Safety Professionals, where she contributes to the advancement of the safety profession and supports the continued development of safety and health professionals.

Ms. Davis earned a master's degree in occupational health and safety in 2026 and a bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety in 2024, both from Columbia Southern University, maintaining a 4.0 grade point average throughout both programs. She previously earned an Associate of Science from Delaware County Community College in 2010. Committed to lifelong learning and advancing the profession through research, she is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in occupational safety and health at Columbia Southern University.

Her professional credentials further reflect her commitment to the safety profession. In 2026, Ms. Davis earned the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) credential from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, an achievement she considers one of the defining milestones of her professional development. She also holds additional occupational safety and health credentials and has completed multiple Occupational Safety and Health Administration courses through Georgia Tech Professional Education.

Ms. Davis attributes much of her drive and determination to her upbringing near Philadelphia. Overcoming challenges early in life taught her the value of perseverance, hard work and creating opportunities through sustained effort. Those experiences continue to influence both her leadership style and her commitment to helping others. After entering the safety profession in 2019, she discovered a career that aligned her professional ambitions with a meaningful purpose: protecting people and helping create workplaces where employees can perform their jobs safely and return home to their families.

Her commitment to service extends beyond the workplace. Throughout her life, Ms. Davis has devoted time to supporting others and giving back to her community. Today, she increasingly channels that commitment into the safety profession through industry involvement, professional development and mentorship.

Outside of her professional career, Ms. Davis embraces an adventurous side that provides an unexpected contrast to her work in risk management. She enjoys skydiving, challenging hikes and outdoor adventures, interests that frequently provide good-natured conversation among colleagues who know her commitment to managing occupational risk.

Most importantly, Ms. Davis is the proud mother of two energetic sons. Family remains an important source of motivation and perspective in her life and reinforces the purpose behind her work in occupational safety: ensuring that people have the opportunity to return home safely to those who matter most.

Looking ahead, Ms. Davis plans to expand her contribution to the safety profession through doctoral research, industry leadership and the development of future safety professionals. Her research interests center on safety leadership, employee participation, safety climate and proactive safety behaviors, with an emphasis on translating research into practical improvements within the workplace. Through a combination of operational experience, continued education and professional service, she hopes to influence the next generation of safety leaders while contributing to safer workplaces well beyond the organizations she directly serves.
