JACKSONVILLE, FL, November 05, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Perianne Boring, founder and chair of The Digital Chamber, has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who in America for 2026–2027 in recognition of her pioneering leadership and contributions to the blockchain and digital asset industry.
Ms. Boring founded The Digital Chamber in 2014, establishing the first U.S. trade association representing the blockchain industry and building it into the world's largest, with more than 300 member companies. Recognizing blockchain's potential to transform the global financial system long before its mainstream adoption, she established a unified voice for the emerging industry in Washington, D.C. Under her leadership, The Digital Chamber became a leading force in shaping national digital asset policy, engaging policymakers across Congress, the White House, and federal regulatory agencies to advance financial innovation and American competitiveness.
Throughout her career, Ms. Boring has played an influential role in shaping U.S. digital asset policy. Among her most notable accomplishments, she championed a national campaign that successfully advocated for the approval of spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs), helping pave the way for a U.S. spot crypto ETF market that has grown to approximately $130 billion in assets. Her broader policy leadership includes testifying before the U.S. Senate, advising senior government officials, and advancing legislative and regulatory initiatives that foster innovation and strengthen American leadership in digital finance.
Ms. Boring also founded the DC Blockchain Summit, establishing one of the nation's premier gatherings of blockchain industry leaders, policymakers, and regulators. For more than a decade, the Summit has served as a platform for dialogue and collaboration on the policies and technologies shaping the future of the digital economy.
Beyond The Digital Chamber, Ms. Boring serves on the board of directors of Nakamoto, a publicly traded Bitcoin company, and is a member of the general partner at Off the Chain Capital LLC, an investment firm that provides exposure to blockchain and artificial intelligence assets through private fund vehicles. She previously served as an adjunct professor and distinguished fellow at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business, where she developed and taught the university's first course dedicated to blockchain and financial technology.
Ms. Boring's contributions have earned widespread recognition, including being named to Forbes' World's Top 50 Women in Tech, CoinDesk's Most Influential People in Blockchain, and Washingtonian magazine's Tech Titans in both 2025 and 2026. She is also a recipient of the Government Blockchain Association's Courage Award.
"When I founded The Digital Chamber in 2014, blockchain was an emerging technology with the potential to fundamentally change how money and economic systems work," said Ms. Boring. "What began as a vision for a more innovative and open monetary system has grown into a global movement. I'm honored by this recognition, but what excites me most is the work still ahead. We have an extraordinary opportunity to reshape financial infrastructure, expand economic opportunity, and ensure the United States leads the next era of innovation."
Looking ahead, Ms. Boring remains committed to advancing blockchain technology, strengthening American leadership in technology, and championing the entrepreneurs and innovators building the next generation of digital infrastructure.
