His professional experience encompasses luxury fine fragrance development, including formulation work using several Tom Ford fragrances as references. He has also undertaken fragrance formulation projects for Johnson & Johnson, applying his technical expertise to the development and refinement of fragrance compositions. Among his additional accomplishments is the creation of four proprietary fragrances for a client whose identity remains confidential under a nondisclosure agreement.

Before co-founding Trilogy Fragrances, Mr. Diallo worked as a perfumer at Givaudan from 2013 to 2023. During his tenure, he refined his expertise in fragrance composition, aromatic ingredient selection, formulation development and the technical disciplines of perfumery. His experience at one of the world's leading fragrance companies strengthened his understanding of the relationship between scientific precision and artistic expression, establishing a foundation for his entrepreneurial pursuits.

Mr. Diallo earned a master's degree in chemical engineering from New York University in 2021 and a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Long Island University in 2017.
