Mr. Altieri's educational background laid the foundation for his achievements in finance. His academic journey was shaped by a strong work ethic developed during his youth in Fairfield, Connecticut, where he worked various jobs from age fifteen to support his education. These formative experiences inspired his fascination with the financial industry and motivated him to pursue a career on Wall Street. In addition to his academic credentials, Mr. Altieri has held certification through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System since 2015.

He attributes his success to hard work, creativity and genuine happiness, and a true passion for his profession. In his personal life, Mr. Altieri's family exemplifies resilience and achievement. He is married to Andrea, who Rich says is, "my wife and best friend for 28 years, and the foundation of our family." Together they have their son, Lucas, who overcame a significant immune system condition that has required continuous intravenous treatment from the age of 10, yet rose to become a world-class figure skater, representing Team USA in 2020, competing at the elite international level. Mr. Altieri also shares his life with three rescue dogs, further demonstrating his dedication to animal advocacy.

Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and participating in adult basketball and flag football leagues. Looking ahead, Mr. Altieri intends to continue building one of the largest and most respected financial advisory teams in the country.
