MARLTON, NJ, November 05, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Before retiring in 2024, Diane S. Kulesa has been recognized for achievement in law firm administration and community service.

Ms. Kulesa's professional journey reflects a steadfast commitment to leadership, community service and excellence in law firm administration. Since 2024, she has served as president of Whitebridge Condominiums Inc. HOA in Marlton, New Jersey, where she leads a 232-unit condominium association. In this capacity, Ms. Kulesa coordinates with township officials on permits and compliance, oversees vendors and property improvements, mediates disputes between residents and organizes community events. She is recognized for following through on every initiative and for rebuilding relationships within the township, beginning with a $2,500 contribution to the local police association. Her tenure has included organizing a formal tribute to veterans attended by local officials, stopping a management company's misuse of association funds and securing improvements such as a refurbished pool, key fob access and parking lot repairs for residents. Residents have described her as a president for the people, citing her focus on action over titles and her dedication to community welfare.

Prior to this role, Ms. Kulesa built an accomplished career in law firm administration. Rising from an entry-level position at a prominent law firm, she advanced to the executive level through integrity, strategic thinking and business acumen. Her responsibilities expanded beyond traditional boundaries as she represented the firm at political and social events in Washington, DC, including attending dinners at the White House with presidents, first ladies and attorneys general. Notably, Ms. Kulesa led the firm's March of Dimes fundraising campaign, which raised more than any other firm in the Philadelphia area. This achievement drew attention from peer organizations that sought her guidance on successful fundraising strategies. She is also a member of the Marlton Business Association, reflecting her ongoing engagement with industry colleagues.

Ms. Kulesa's expertise encompasses law firm administration, settlements accounting, community association leadership and fundraising. Her success in these areas is underscored by her rise through the ranks in highly competitive environments and her reputation for delivering tangible results.

Her academic background includes coursework in property management law, which provided foundational knowledge essential for her transition into community association leadership. In addition to her studies, Ms. Kulesa earned a real estate license in 1987, further equipping her with skills relevant to both legal administration and property management.

Throughout her career, Ms. Kulesa has attributed her success to perseverance, positivity, and ambition to learn continuously. She emphasizes listening more than speaking, observing closely and maintaining determination as guiding principles. Rather than settling or growing complacent, she consistently sought opportunities to challenge herself—an approach that enabled her advancement from humble beginnings to executive leadership.

Beyond her professional roles, Ms. Kulesa has demonstrated a strong commitment to civic engagement and volunteerism. She served as fundraising lead for the March of Dimes and received an award recognizing her efforts. Her volunteer work extends to St. John of God, therapy dog visits at assisted living facilities, and participation as a volunteer at the Special Olympics in 2007. She has also served as a Eucharistic minister.

Born in Camden, NJ, Ms. Kulesa grew up in a blue-collar family environment that shaped her values of hard work and resilience. As a single mother of two daughters, she has always aimed to set an example through her achievements and dedication to service. Her personal interests include horseback riding—she once owned her own horse—as well as east and west coast skiing, dabbling in interior decorating, cooking, riding motorcycles, ballroom dancing, and enjoying fast cars. Her beloved Shar Pei served alongside her as a therapy dog during volunteer activities. Occasionally, she enjoys blackjack and the good old wheel of fortune and concerts at the AC casinos in New Jersey.

Looking ahead, Ms. Kulesa hopes to own a home in the mountains or the Jersey shore—an area familiar from past skiing experiences and land ownership—reflecting her appreciation for nature and recreation outside of professional pursuits.

Ms. Kulesa's life story is one of perseverance, adaptability, and unwavering commitment to both professional excellence and community enrichment.
