Prior to joining Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, Mr. Reynolds served as a Law Clerk in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and an Editor for the Fordham Law Review.

A Licensed Attorney, Mr. Reynolds received both his JD in 1980 and his Bachelor of Arts in 1976 from Fordham University. He has published numerous articles with The National Law Journal, the Florida Trial Advocate Quarterly and the Fordham Law Review.
