Ms. Whitlow boasts almost two decades of professional experience as owner and manager of Twilight Mist Enterprise, an event management firm that specializes in special events such as weddings and personalized functions. An expert event planner, she places emphasis on creating unique events, working closely with her clients and seeking the input of clients during the planning stages to ensure that the end product is to everyone's satisfaction. Besides planning the party itself, Ms. Whitlow may also be called upon to design clothes and write or sing songs for the event.

In addition to running her own company, Ms. Whitlow is in the process of publishing a book entitled A Bitter Love, Gone Strong, a story of survival from rape and domestic violence, with a CD of her songs, entitled Testimony, already on the web.
