/24-7PressRelease/ - NEW YORK, NY, July 09, 2008 - Propertyqube (www.propertyqube.com) today launched PropertyLife community networks, enabling homeowners and renters to learn, discover and share real estate information within their local city or neighborhood.
"PropertyLife is all about the real estate experience within your local community. It's about connecting with people to share and explore all types of local real estate information from listings and blogs to photos from around the community," said David Bethoney, Co-Founder of Propertyqube. "It's also a great resource to explore and seek advice from the community. We have hundreds of conversations going on in these PropertyLife networks with homeowners and renters seeking advice from the local community. We see questions ranging anywhere from the local traffic situation to advice on the home buying process."
Propertyqube is also releasing several features to help agents connect with active buyers and sellers on Propertyqube. These tools allow agents to:
- Brand their listings: Agents now have an option to brand their listings that reside on Propertyqube. When they brand their listings, a photo, contact information and snippet of their expertise is shown on the listing for consumers to seek out more information.
- Distribute their blog to a broader audience: When agents become part of the Propertyqube Blog Network by feeding in their existing blog or creating one from scratch right on Propertyqube, their entries are distributed throughout the Propertyqube platform. This includes on every listing in the geographical location the blog is written, in the local PropertyLife network and on several other pages throughout Propertyqube. This gives agents an excellent chance to get their content out to a broader audience.
"With this major product release, Propertyqube becomes so much more relevant for our members," said Bethoney. "Homeowners and renters are now part of a local community with content that revolves around them, helping them find and share information that's local in nature and relevant to their lives."
In addition to the recent product launches announced today, Propertyqube recently integrated millions of real estate listings, all solely provided by Google Base. Users are now able to search through millions of home, apartment and foreclosure listings that stretch nationwide.
Propertyqube (www.propertyqube.com), a real estate online community, offers a host of community tools giving home owners and renters a fun way to connect and discover everything their local PropertyLife has to offer. Propertyqube allows consumers to create their own personal real estate network, while being able to browse through educational content, search for homes and apartments and get advice all from their local community. Propertyqube is co-founded by David Bethoney and Nicole Rufuku.
