    / - Salem, OR - May 15, 2005 - "The Burden of Proof", is on Stan to substantiate issues and to avoid dismissal. Stan will appear at the Marion County Circuit Court 100 High Street in front of Judge: Burton, case no.: 03C19406 at 9:00 AM on June 14, 2005, as directed. Stans evidence will be presented and determined, then passed to the "Grand Jury" for indictment. Stan will be submitting a paper trial from the beginning, to date: ten boxes of records, documents, exhibits, other relevant matter, original copyright writings and recordings in court, "as is".

Instituting Copyright Infringement Suits in the Circuit Court of the state of Oregon for the county of Marion; Civil No. 03C19406, Pro se. The copyright suit, includes unethical conduct, negligence, unpaid damages, motor vehicle damages, property damages, and medical damages.

Stan will show you do not need to be an attorney to protect yourself under the laws of the United States. You heard the old saying, You need an attorney to go to court, "WRONG".
