Mr. Powell has more than 35 years of experience in healthcare, and is responsible for patient satisfaction and working closely with all employees, especially with doctors and nurses, to enhance the patient's experience during their hospital stay. Mr. Powell began working in the food industry and eventually moved into patient relations. He also worked as a production supervisor at Mount Sinai Medical Center.

Mr. Powell holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the College of Staten Island and he is affiliated with the YMCA. He feels that patient satisfaction is the important issue facing his profession today. He stays current with the trends in his profession by attending seminars and reading industry-related publications.
