/24-7PressRelease/ - Oakland, CA, September 4, 2008—Dr. Laura Basha Neuhausel, Founder of White Bird Rising and Co-Founder of Quantum Spirit, LLC, has been named Cambridge Who's Who Professional of the Year in Personal and Organizational Consulting and Coaching. While inclusion in the Cambridge Who's Who Registry is an honor, only a small selection of members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, years of service, and the credentials they have provided in association with their Cambridge Who's Who membership.

With more than 30 years of professional experience, Dr. Neuhausel specializes in transformative arts and life-coaching, focused on personal transformation and creative self-expression. A national speaker and accomplished artist, Dr. Neuhausel co-wrote and co-produced several public service announcements, collaborated on three books and is in the process of composing a manuscript for a book dealing with the impact of joy and lightheartedness in business. She is currently conducting a class series called, The Wisdom of Not Knowing: Accessing Authenticity, a seven session series focusing on how to recognize and focus innate leadership capability, creative self-expression and healing wisdom. Dr. Neuhausel's artistic expressions are on display at White Bird Studio and include original meditation mandalas, collages and paintings. Her greatest professional accomplishment is the ongoing facilitation of breakthroughs which assist clients in getting free of their patterns of limitation. She attributes her success to her hard work, her ability to remain focused and the guidance she has received from extraordinary mentors.

A student of healing for over 15 years, Dr. Neuhausel received her Ph.D. in Clinical and Organizational Psychology from the Center for Psychological Studies, her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Rosebridge Graduate School of Integrative Psychology and her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Beloit College. Additionally, she completed a core curriculum program at the Coaches Training Institute. She is a participant in Landmark Education and a member of the Family of Women.
