Hope Blecher-Sass, Ed.D. Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who Executive, Professional and Entrepreneurial Registry

Dr. Blecher-Sass has been featured on New Jersey Public Television & Radio as part of the award-winning television show "Classroom Close-Up."

    /24-7PressRelease/ - Clark, NJ, September 19, 2008, Dr. Hope Blecher-Sass, Literacy Specialist for Hope4Education and Literacy Coach for the Edison Public School District, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of teaching literacy.

With 23 years of educational experience, Dr. Blecher-Sass is primarily responsible for designing and delivering literacy presentations and has presented on topics related to staff's shared responsibility, preparing for state assessments, and English as a Second Language. She has been featured on New Jersey Public Television & Radio as part of the award-winning television show "Classroom Close-Up." For school districts, commissions, and organizations including the Center for Effective School Practices of Rutgers University, the New Jersey Education Association, New Jersey Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages/New Jersey Bilingual Educators, and the New Jersey Association of Gifted Children, she has given presentations on topics relating to effective literacy practices, cross curriculum connections, coaching, and state assessments of skills and knowledge. Dr. Blecher-Sass utilizes her constructivist approach to multiple learning styles and specializes in teaching language arts and humanities. She attributes her success to a joy of learning and her love for her profession.

Dr. Blecher-Sass received her Doctor of Education from Walden University, her Master of Arts in Education from Kean University and her Bachelor's Degree from Cook College of Rutgers University. She is affiliated with the Edison Township Education Association, the New Jersey Education Association, and the National Education Association. Hope is a volunteer in the local educational community and at Temple Beth-El Mekor Chayim.
