Mrs. Kroeker has 15 years of experience in her industry, with the last 10 of these years spent in her current position at Bighorn Golf Club. Recently promoted to assistant supervisor, she is responsible for ensuring the privacy, security and safety of the members of this exclusive golf club. Prior to earning her current position, Mrs. Kroeker honed her skills as a security officer at the Lakes Country Club for one and a half years, as a security officer for Creative Security for one and a half years and for an arcade in Oregon for two years. She attributes her success to her hard work and the quality of her education.

In addition to industry-related training, Mrs. Kroeker received an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice and completed coursework in private investigation. She is affiliated with Phi Theta Kappa and donates items to Angel View Crippled Children's Foundation a couple of times or more a year. She is currently training under policemen to achieve her goal of becoming a private investigator within the next five years.
