She became involved in her profession because she was inspired by an advertisement for a vending business and attributes her success to her dedication and time management skills.

Ms. Fadis received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Japanese from the University of Pittsburgh in 1997. A volunteer for the Fraternal Order of Police, she is affiliated with the Alumni Association of the University of Pittsburgh, the Pittsburgh Athletic Association and the National Women's Football Association. She hopes to expand her business, become more involved in scheduling events, organize trade shows and create her own Web site in the future.
