With seven years of professional experience, Ms. Holand specializes in athlete marketing and event-planning. As the athlete marketing manager, she is responsible for acting as a liaison between Champion female athletes and the Foundation. She coordinates their attendance at Foundation events and other outside appearance opportunities and manages the Foundation's relationship with professional sports teams and leagues. Her previous experience with the National Hockey League and New Jersey Devils prompted her to become involved in her profession. She considers her hard work and passion for what she does to be the driving force behind her success.

Ms. Holand received her Bachelor's Degree in Communication from the University of Delaware and is a member of Women in Sports and Events. She aspires to one day establish her own sports marketing company.
