Mr. Herman has specialized in the cooking of classic American foods and the preparation of gastronomic dishes for the past nine years. As Chef De Partie at An American Place Restaurant, he prepares sauces, soups, meat and seafood, supervises staff, manages inventory, and evaluates and ensures the quality of prepared dishes. He previously worked as a sous chef at a steakhouse and attributes his success to his hard work, dedication, drive and perseverance. Mr. Herman studied for his Associate's Degree at Forest Park Community College. He aspires to complete his training program in gluten-free cooking and one day own a restaurant.
