As Vice President of Information Technology, she is responsible for leading Millipore's global information technology function. This includes managing information technology strategy, planning, application development, eBusiness technologies, operations and networking. While at Millipore, she has established a clear blueprint for IT's mission, strategies, projects, and communication channels. She has enhanced the company's IT systems by implementing common global systems being supported by a single transaction center. In addition, she has led the IT function for all major acquisition projects and divestitures.

Ms. Reiss received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stonehill College in 1974 and completed coursework in electrical engineering. She is affiliated with the American Association on Mental Retardation and hopes to take on a mentor and teacher role.
