With 10 years of professional experience, Mr. Philipp is proud to lend his talents to The Driskill, a hotel with a history of luxury and service going back to 1886. As the director of operations, he utilizes his customer service skills to manage business operations and ensure that all services are set up for guests, from valet parking to the upkeep and maintenance of the physical building. Mr. Philipp attributes his success to his perfectionism and attention to detail.

Mr. Philipp received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Wheeling Jesuit University and certification in hospitality management from the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC. He is a member of the Downtown Austin Alliance and the Sixth Street Owners Association and remains active in the Austin community. He aspires to either become a General Manager with Destination Hotels & Resorts or move into the development side of the business.
