Mr. Carlsen brings 25 years of professional experience to Reyes Holdings, LLC, a food and beverage company that is one of the country's largest privately-held enterprises. He specializes in developing a human resource structure, and managing compensation, benefits, mergers and acquisitions. As senior vice president of human resources, he is responsible for overseeing the operations of a department that sees to the needs of 11,000 employees.

Prior to joining Reyes Holdings, LLC in 2003, Mr. Carlsen held various positions in the areas of compensation, mergers and acquisition, and human resources. He served as senior member of compensation and benefits in a major public accounting firm for four years, and was involved in over 200 transactions and business integrations, including Nestl 's purchase of Ralston Purina and Hitachi's purchase of IBM's Disc Drive business. He attributes his success to a combination of hard work and good luck.

Mr. Carlsen earned his JD from Drake University in 1986 and his Bachelor of Business Administration, with a concentration in Economics and Accounting, from the University of South Dakota in 1983. He counts the American Cancer Society among his favorite charities.
