According to American Psychological Association (APA) statistics, eight out of ten people say that the economy is a "significant cause of stress." Swedberg's brand new book, "Recession PMA: Prayers, Meditations and Affirmations," is the only resource of its kind on the market.

WARROAD, MN, December 26, 2008 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Eight out of ten people say that the economy is a "significant cause of stress," according to statistics released by the American Psychological Association (APA). However, it is women who are experiencing the brunt of the physical and emotional financial stress: Compared with men, more women say they are stressed about money (83 percent vs. 78 percent), the economy (84 percent vs. 75 percent), job stability (57 percent vs. 55 percent), housing costs (66 percent vs. 58 percent) and health problems affecting their families (70 percent vs. 63 percent).

Marnie Swedberg, the online mentor and coach to thousands of women worldwide, releases her new eBook this week entitled, "Recession PMA: Prayers, Meditations and Affirmations". The only book of its kind on the market, it explains how to keep the economic recession from leading to a personal depression.

Not your average "expert", Swedberg holds a unique position of close friend and mentor to thousands of women who frequented her websites to the tune of 5 million hits in 2008.

Weathering tough times is the norm for Swedberg, whose own experiences since 2007 include: surviving the death of two close family members, the burglary and vandalism of the family restaurant, a tornado, flood, electrical fire, and the daily challenges of business ownership during a recession.

"Attitude makes a huge difference when going through tough times," says Swedberg, "and it is important to get started on a positive mindset before negative emotions take over!"

Her humor, insight and personal stories, along with all of her published resources, including her new eBook, offer the type of practical help, support and encouragement needed at such a time as this.
