Mr. Williamson brings 16 years of professional experience to Total ProjeX Corporation [TPX], a retail and commercial construction management firm. His expertise lies in national program management, tenant improvements, new site development, image enhancement and merchandising upgrades, ADA, EVR and ISD systems design and compliance, fuel system upgrades, UST upgrades, food/beverage conversions, eminent domain condemnations, and site demolitions.

As President and Principal Project Manager, he is in charge of developing and leading a national projects team to support client efforts in program strategy, budget planning, developing program controls, and ensuring that all health, environmental, safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives are met.

Prior to starting up TPX in 2007, Mr. Williamson led programs teams for Fortune 100 Companies, including Chevron, ConocoPhillips, ExxonMobil, Shell Oil, and CB Richard Ellis. Recognitions with which he has been honored include the "Total Cost of Ownership" award from ExxonMobil, and the "All About Solutions" award from ConocoPhillips. Griff attributes his success to networking with other successful alliance partners and individuals, building a solid reputation by meeting his commitments, and implementing successful strategic campaigns for key clients.

Griffin Williamson received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 2002 while working full time. He also holds various certificates from the American Petroleum Institute and the Occupational Health and Safety Administration. Mr. Williamson is a member of the Petroleum Equipment Institute and Masonic Lodge #341. In his spare time, he volunteers with Villanova Preparatory School as an Assistant Coach and Youth Leader.
