Capano's position is a newly-created business development role, reporting to Matty. He will work in partnership with Jeff Huggins, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Convegence.net. Capano and Huggins are charged with helping to grow Convergence.net's innovative marketing services business.

Before co-founding MCP, Mr. Capano was a television and new media agent at Innovative Artists Agency and the William Morris Agency. While an agent, Mr. Capano represented writers and directors for television and film as well as such corporate clients as Pepsi-Cola, Reebok, Anheuser-Busch, and Rio Hotels and Casino. Prior to joining William Morris, Mr. Capano was a Vice President at investment bank Mabon Securities Corp. in New York.
